Hello JR. I love your channel lots of valuable information. I envy you with the woodworking background. I was looking for people using a Onefinity CNC machine. That's how I found your channel. Great content and explanation of it. Thank you for adding the links for the products you use. If you don't mind my asking, where do you buy your hardwood from?
Hi Thomas! So, I quit watching TV about 10 years ago, and decided to reinvest that otherwise wasted time, into woodworking. I love it! I’m in Charleston SC, and there’s a company near me called Wurth wood group. They seem to have locations in other areas as well. They’re my go to for hardwoods and sheet goods.
Hi Douglas, first, thanks for watching, and for your comment. I had considered that, but it would’ve meant making stretchers a two sided carve and I thought it’d be best to create a 2d job that most people would find useful. Your suggestion is a good one, but not everyone is familiar or comfortable with 2 sided carves. On my walnut version, I butt jointed my stretchers, and used walnut plugs to conceal the screws, which makes it serviceable if needed later on
@@TradeSkillersAnonymous The stretchers could be a single sided carve. You would not make a traditional mortise and tenon. You could even just make the mortise the size of the stretcher.
That is correct, you can bring in svg files for sure. Thanks for watching and consider subscribing while you’re here if you haven’t. Thanks and have a good one!
It may sound trifling but the software is developed by a company called 'Vectric' and the actual name of the software is 'VCarve Pro'. Appreciate your content.

Great video and I was wondering if you thought about adding mortise and tenon's for joinery? It can be added to the svg file.

Great Idea. I am pretty sure I know the answer to this, but the SVG would work with Carveco, correct?
