- ULTIMATE Engineering, How China build a train station in 9 hours, China Incredible High Speed Rail
While some of us were probably sitting at our desks yawning into a coffee and blinking at our emails, over in China a huge group of workers were busy creating the railway for a new train station - being so efficient at their job that it only took them 9 hours. Even Elon Musk tweets and praised the high efficiency of the railway project.
China has the largest and most extensively used of high-speed railway network in the world. Lines cross the nation in excess of 40,000 km by the end of 2021, accounts for two-thirds of the world's total high-speed railway networks. Half of that amount has been built in the previous 7 years. By 2035, the network is planned to boom and set to reach 70,000 km.

That same hospital built in 5 years is built with materials meant to last decades. You ever heard of Todu Dreg projects in China? Literally streets and buildings filled with rocks and glass bottles among other things instead of cement. There’s nothing remarkable about a major piece of infrastructure being built in 9 hours, 10 days or what’re extremely short amount of time we want to throw out there. Yes ... lets wait 5 years (and still not done in most cases). Let tens of thousands of USA Citizens die. highspeed railway will be good for countries that are long i mean hsr works efficient if the tracks are straight and phillepence is a island country so
@Modi WhinyThePoor The US even can't make it with HSR (350km/h max), let alone a Hyperloop, which is extremely costly. (a dedicated tube for running the train inside).
High Speed Rail? Sure. Hyperloop? Forget about it. You won't be seeing the hyperloop for the 1000 years. The only reason to build the hyperloop would be to burn as much money as possible for something we don't need.

What China has is manpower and that itself is a power 💪💪💪
Skilled man power ma J
And character too
So what even USA has huge population but have you seen their youth. See tribe of men RUclips channel and it's subsidiary.
Many countries have manpower (US. India, Indonesia, etc. etc.) but manpower alone does not make things happen. It's about the people's will to work for the common good, work together, sharing, planning, do their parts and doing it well! I lived in China for 20+ years and watched the people's willingness to learn, to work hard, and their country grew and grew at what was impossible speed. Don't believe what your politician and mainstream media tells you. Go see for yourself and you'll really appreciate what your government could have done, if you take away your selfish politicians, and ignore the media with their $$$ agendas.
The airline companies in China are crying😄😄
Since most of their airlines are govt owned, it really makes no difference. All their key transportations, health, security, education, energy are...by the people and for the people...which basically is their government. They are not built for profit making.
Chinese have a good work ethic
I am an engineer from China. Actually, our construction started relatively late. I studied engineering in college, and my teacher told me that we should learn from the world's excellent builders, learn the rigor of Germans, learn the meticulousness of Japanese, and at the same time, we should be diligent, hardworking, and have a plan (think about how to do it before starting).
In America. There are 4 guys to fix 8 potholes in 8 hours. Amazing speed! Just like the American antique Amtrak rail. Very fast n efficient.🤭🤭👍👍
At the gas company there was one guy digging and two watching and smoking.. for safety of course
Boy that’s the sad truth 🙄
Maybe it's partly because 3 of those guys are overweight and the remaining obese - so they move kinda slowly and have to take a break every other minute or so.
Seriously feels that way in America.
Here in tamilnadu, it takes 8 years to construct 3 km flyover.
I don't know where tamilnadu is but I can relate 🤣
@@Joooo89 Tamilnadu is Indian State
9 hrs. Incredible . China deserves global award.
But guess what most media will say 'ItzS InHuMAne' just because most of them can't do it
Kudos to China for the amazing achievents. Continue to prosper!
Can only happened if one works whole heartedly and diligently. It seldom happened in other countries
The incredible part is that this happened 6years ago and the Chinese media werent even that interested on reporting it.
True,I never heard this kind of news in China’s internet or TV, maybe we just took it as something normal,😅
已经习以为常了
I wish I was born in a great nation like China!!!!
Long live China hard luck India n USA
Most efficient in the world! When can California have a real high-speed train? 20 years already...
They are ultra talented and hard working nation. No wonder.
Naahhh.... Modi don't praise China. I doubt that you are Modi.
@@musicheals.3997 Why you feel pain when i praised China? For what reason? 🤔
@@teasellermodi5897 some Indians just can't see someone praising China 😑
@@candytreat3988 You said absolutely true about those Indians. They are extremely jealously prone about others success.
I'm American and have traveled to China. Unless the US makes tangible reforms in infrastructure spending and the education needed for such labor in the next decade or two, we're screwed. The Chinese are living in the 21st century while we stick our heads in the sand and get prideful over interstate highways. Besides their labor force, one major advantage the Chinese have is discipline, like most East Asian nations.
The USA would have taken only about 10 years to build that Station.
I feel it was completed overnight in 9 hours because they are putting the lines into operation right the next day.
Meanwhile, in Brazil it is almost 12 years and a VLT in my city has not been finished and probably will not be finished till 2025…that’s how it is here!
China is leading the world in every aspect of modern technology
Love & respect china from Malaysia ❤
they must have incredible project management teams, in addition to incredible workers.
Chinese project management ideas are introduced from western contries. As an engineer, I know this clearly.
More population means more manpower and resources..human itself is resource.
Never underestimate country with large population, there will always be someone somewhere who thinks different.
but it also takes a government that is willing to place infrastructure and domestic economic development as top priorities to achieve what China has achieved.
Well it's actually a track change, not a station building.
The Chinese get everything built fast, respect to them.

I'm just so surprised. Thousands of years ago, China built a remarkable Great Wall of China
i like china i don't like uk usa - they war around nonstop n make my life so miserable
China is not only great in constructing infrastructures and technology. China is also great in weaponry, but not for sale, they’re for defense from aggressors. So, China is no pushover. China is ready.
I'm addicted to watching chinese and japanese construction videos, it's so satisfying to watch
Meanwhile in my country building a very small bridge barely 50m long takes over a year...
When your work is not meaningless meetings, a lot can be achieved
China is amazing Country.
In the USA, there will 1500 supervisors and bureaucracts and dozens of workers and 10 years to complete one train station.
In India, it takes a decade to build a railway station that too has to go through 100s of political hurdles. Mera bharat mahan
Hum desi log chutiya hain
We should hire them to build our much needed railway system. It will definitely cut down on cost of over runs and we’ll have it in days instead of years or decades. If they can do it faster and better let them I say.
Weren’t they the ones who built your first railway system
Uhm no sorry we are not free to grab slaves who follow on orders of a country with already good enough-lazy workers
@@rumbidzaisibanda9563 through slavery, the first generation of Chinese in the US built the first railway.
Everything China does blows my mind.
I'm happy my country has partnered with China to improve our infrastructure. Some 20 years from now, some locations my country will be unrecognizable as some are already from 10 years ago. We are getting closer to where the West is, in terms of infrastructure.

Amazing video, very interesting! Thank you for sharing!
Excellent engineering challenge
That's a great work, although they are just assembling final blocks that's a good team work, we should learn few things from China, But when we do same we should focus more on quality while making efficient
The Chinese designed the Tesla's autopilot with FSD source code and not to mention Tesla, SpaceX, Solar city are all Chinese rebranded technology incase you didn't know.
Great Job♥♥♥
They planned,
They gather a lot of workers and engineers
They do it, simply that's very impressive
China's efficiency and creativity is unmatched.
I hate to brag but....we Chinese have become the greatest builders of all time. 🤫
Anti chinese bots don't approve your comment
They have one on a research test track that can hit 400mph or 640km/h. You can see that pretty much makes the plane redundant if you think the speed of sound is 770mph, then planes will want to run slower than that and so your advantage is much reduced. Besides hopping on a train is faster than your 2hr wait at airports.
I am still waiting for the railway for LAX to LAS VEGAS . and yes its been 5 years.
The time you were sleeping no train 🚆, the time you wake up you see a 🚆 train passing 😂😂
I think that's because the Chinese are ultra result-oriented. (No offence, I'm Chinese too.) Just pointing out the fact that we tend to be extremely practical-minded. Human rights, freedom and democracy - yes yes those are great of course, BUT first and foremost we like new roads and new bridges and new trains and new hospitals and new apartment blocks and new payment systems and new gadgets and toys.
When you plan really well like China does, you can actually put a lot of holes together to make a fashionable cardigan.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
when there is no guarantee of the Chinese rockets, how can we trust this railway line build in 9 hours?
better than a country cant build toilets
Amazing.
