McDermott has a great sense of humor. I like this guy
Me too, outside of a few poor decisions, not sure why so many people hate on the guy. Like, ...not really liking him I could get, but the hate shown at times is a little much... He's a solid guy, consummate professional, great leader, and he has a decent air of humility about him that most head coaches seem to lack. It's refreshing to see he has a good sense of humor as well.
And you don't earn the respect of the entire locker room, and have players as fiercely loyal and committed as you see with the Bills, without being a decent coach and person, both on and off the field. There's a reason why the players always have his back, at the end of the day. Now as far as negatives go, the guy is not perfect. I'll be one to admit that some of his situational play-calling and general management skills have been off at times and frustrating. But not enough to knock the way he leads and puts together a team, or finds a way to succeed with far less than ideal circumstances... Anyway, just an opinion from a long-time Bills fan... 🤷♂😎🦬
At sean, you nailed it. McD is a great coach, taken this team to many big games and won, division titles, playoff games etc. I think he will get overr the hump and get a super bowl within the next few years!
McDermott looks and laughs like toned down Bill Burr. I like the guy, even if he is the evil enemy :D

@@kurtlouis858 yeah I'm a diehard fan but I usually don't tune in to his conferences cuz he never really reveals anything haha. Every once and a while he gives a genuinely revealing answer and it's so cool lol.
My son in law is a rabid Bills fan.He from Perry County in PA.Steelers country. So I get to watch a lot of Bilks games and wished we had a head coach like Sean McDermott.Nice job Rich.Go Jets.

McDermott always keeping things close to the vest. I love how every pundit says this is a rebuilding year for the Bills and is sleeping on them. But, instead of a Number 1 receiver who is a diva, and a few "also rans", they have a lot of good targets for Josh and a lot of experience, young blood and depth at the receiving positions now. I think everyone will be shocked at how good the Bills are this season.

As a Bills fan they have the talent, the QB, the coach and can surely make the Super Bowl, but they just have to find a way to beat the Chiefs or Cincinnati in the post season. They continue to choke and cannot finish in the playoffs recently. Perhaps this year will be different. GO BILLS!!!!
Out of all this, I can't believe Rich forgot Sean is on the Competition Committee so he could pitch YET AGAIN his idea of changing the "fumble through the end zone" rule, which he hates so much.
