Nasreen Fathima Colour doesn’t damage hair, bleach does. But even so, if you go to a good salon and fork up the extra dough for hair protection during bleaching (like olaplex) and hair treatments after bleaching, bleached hair can actually still look and feel like before it was bleached (though your hair will technically still be damaged). I’m Chinese, so my hair is black, but I’ve bleached it light blonde and it still looks and feels like my natural hair.

@@threemanband The "entire" meaning of a swastica is not judgement. The swastika symbol, 卐 or 卍, is an ancient religious icon in the cultures of Eurasia. It is used as a symbol of divinity and spirituality in Indian religions, including Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. Some cultures in the past differentiated between the clockwise swastika and the counterclockwise sauvastika. In these cultures, the swastika symbolized health and life, while the sauvastika took on a mystical meaning of bad luck or misfortune. It is a common sight on temples or houses in India or Indonesia. Swastikas also have an ancient history in Europe, appearing on artifacts from pre-Christian European cultures. However, the work of European linguists and other scholars was taken up by racist groups, for whom the swastika was a symbol of “Aryan identity” and German nationalist pride. This conjecture of Aryan cultural descent of the German people is likely one of the main reasons why the Nazi Party formally adopted the swastika or Hakenkreuz Swastica names in cultures: China - wan England - fylfot Germany - Hakenkreuz Greece - tetraskelion and gammadion India - swastika (I would get a buzzcut, dye it red, then have a swastica or many mini swasticas dyed black over the red :)

Aaron Jackson - no they don’t, a lot of majority white salons can’t do ethnic hair.. or even braid well for that matter 🤦🏻♀️
Same thing I’m thinking
kat • European hair is also “ethnic” hair... Europeans are also an “ethnic” group. Just thought I would clear that up. Thanks
4:26 I want my hair like that. I’m jealous 😩😫🥺
@American Born bruh wtf
@American Born envy is a synonym for jealously, isn't it?
Don't be jealous. After 2 weeks that girls hair will look awful, unhealthy and dry because of 'keratine treatment' (hope I wrote it wright), is incredibly bad for hair 😉
That 2:27 hair fading from red to black is gorgeous omll
they should hire stylists that can do curly/kinky hair :(
asapnami they do. This video isn’t long enough for you to see the true skill of each stylist.
Ashley Ronquillo they should’ve showed it in the video and even on their. instagram there’s only 2 people with curly hair and you have to scroll quite a bit to see it.
Ashley Ronquillo but i guess that makes sense if it’s mostly people with straight/wavy hair going to their salon
@TrulyTaekook We don't go in because in their publicity ( from social media and videos) they don't include us...
Why'd go to a place that don't show you that you're a part of it ?
@@MakiiBlue Then change it and walk in. It's not hard.
Love this😍 freedom to express yourself and show inner and outer beauty at the same time. Don't be afraid to stand out and be different! Xx
Finally a positive comment 😀🙏🙏
I love how everyone are so happy. That makes me happy too!😉😊
The owner reminds me of young Cindy Lauper. Great salon!
Sofia Hoffman I knew she looked familiar!
She reminds me of Celine Dion, the way she talks and face expressions
Omg i want to go to that hair salon😍😍😊😊💇♀️
Elizabete1 Berga ~♥~
Elizabete1 Berga me too
Doesn’t everyone?
Thought it was odd at first but she's actually so intelligent I love what she's doing here
Lol girl with the bowl cut pink hair has me dead
The coloring doesn't damage the hair!?
ithe colour isnt damaging, just if you have to bleach first
Nasreen Fathima Colour doesn’t damage hair, bleach does. But even so, if you go to a good salon and fork up the extra dough for hair protection during bleaching (like olaplex) and hair treatments after bleaching, bleached hair can actually still look and feel like before it was bleached (though your hair will technically still be damaged). I’m Chinese, so my hair is black, but I’ve bleached it light blonde and it still looks and feels like my natural hair.
swartkopf however u spell it they have a bleach with some bond solution that's like olaplex which would be a good bleach
Philippa Thirlby
you have to when your is black
Marela9 but it's true, the dyes are just pigment applied to extra pourus hair shafts. But yeah everything is killing us hormones in milk, air pollution, people wearing the wrong kind of jewlery in peircings, pestacides. We can atleast avoid sum of it tho.
I really love how the people in the west is so liberated and free. They also have a huge respect for fashion .. art and everything unlike here in my country where dying your hair with those colors and people would stare at you like so weird.
Where do u live?
Same here sis. 😢
True :(( cant wait to get out of my country lol.
Do you realize that its just a hair salon ?
@@whynot7802 coming from someone from the middle east, there is little to no unnatural hair dying facilities at all here. Essentially, most people view hair dying the same way they religiously view tattoos, thinking its a way of changing what god gave you. In the younger generations its also been associated with the lgbtqia+ for some reason? I don’t know why, and due to misunderstanding of religion, they view it wrongly and kind of think that hair colour = lgbtq+ = bad. Its dumb but its the way it works. So yeah most people really view the west highly as its really frowned upon to be different from your beginnings
Who is not there on instagram??
Only me???
Stars Of Universe Galaxy I’m not
count me in
Stars Of Universe Galaxy me I don’t like insta
Stars Of Universe Galaxy me too
I'm not on it or Facebook for two years almost 3
What a great story! As a hairdresser, I absolutely love this salon.
I like the retouch idea for sure! Salons who go above and beyond are the real deal.
I wish I could work here. We really need more places like this in the USA. The place I work at all the ppl judge everyone and make ppl like me feel like we're weird and don't belong. If the client likes something the stylist don't like then they won't do it and I get in trouble for agreeing to do it bc I know it will make the client happy
Jessica Crisanti there are places like this everywhere
Jacob Straw we are all unique already. And that is such an assumption and a leap to think everyone is a unicorn and genderless. No one can make you a different gender identity just by being a no judgement place.
I love how the give out the dye they used on someone’s hair so they can retouch it at home!
IM SOOO INSPIRED! YOU BROUGHT LIFE TO ME IN A WEIRD WAY ! AMAZINH ALMOST IN TEARS TO,HOW BEAUTIFUL THIS VIDEO IS!
i hope this salon still exists in 4 years when i’m older so i can dye my hair there 😁
2 years over!😁
This is why I’m moving to London.
hair salon looks cool and all but... crazy color hair dyes.. i've used this brand in middle school and i'll tell u
it's not great
Thing is they are so extravagant I’d feel judged for just wanting a basic trim and not funky colours plus it’s too much stimulation for me I can physically feel my heart beating too fast watching this, anxiety in a high stimulating (lots of clients and bright colours people talking) place isn’t for me but I do like what hey are doing so hats off to you guys
It's not for you then just don't go
This actually makes me appreciate the fact that I live in London knowing I could go there someday
I love the New Wave interior design of the salon... very catchy. Reminds me of my youth in the late 80’s and early 90’s
After procedure the looks dry. No hate
Romar Malunao I noticed that too.
It's because of the bleaching process
I once got highlights at my local salon. My hair was super dry after I got them, but once you use the right products for your hair, it will go back to feeling normal. Having dry hair after a procedure is normal
I already loved the salon in it’s self but reminding me of my first love which is drag, y’all know we gotta visit this place
Meanwhile, hairdressers in my town consist of a mens barber and an old salon where the most exciting colour they have is red, and 90% of costumers are grandmas :(
Talk to the grandmas. They know secrets
Would love to go! but i'm scared of letting anyone near my Afro xD
No judgement policy... So if I want a conventional haircut without coloring whatsoever and without any chit chat whatsoever, it will still be fine, right?
Of course. That's exactly the point.
what about a sawastica
Phelany Yanson the entire meaning of a swastika is judgement so they wouldnt be able to give you that.also how would you get swastika hair?
This conjecture of Aryan cultural descent of the German people is likely one of the main reasons why the Nazi Party formally adopted the swastika or Hakenkreuz
Swastica names in cultures:
China - wan
England - fylfot
Germany - Hakenkreuz
Greece - tetraskelion and gammadion
India - swastika
(I would get a buzzcut, dye it red, then have a swastica or many mini swasticas dyed black over the red :)
She is a smart business women and i would really wanna go there some day it looks fun
Her voice is so good
Stars Of Universe Galaxy cuz she British
The reason most hairdressers wear black is to not get bad stains. I’d rather get stains on cheap black clothing rather than something colourful or godforbid white and have a bunch of stains on it...
Cool concept for instagramers, but in real life most adults just want to walk into in a peaceful salon🚶♀️, relax💆♀️, get their hair done💇♀️ and leave🙋♀️. Idk, this is not for me, maybe someone else would really enjoy it though👍.
Yup
I feel exactly that same, I mean it’s a great concept it just wouldn’t be for me.
@@lavender1187 yeah too mod for 18 y.o me. not an "adult" yet (you have to be 21 to considered adult in my country) but too hip too "loud" for me
@@thvf2381 I totally agree, I’m 35 and going to someplace like that would be so much hassle for me, when I go to get my hair done, I like to just sit and relax, I work a lot and so that is me time, I’m glad younger people feel the same about it, I guess that isn’t for everyone. But it’s good for people who actually enjoy sitting and taking pics for Instagram.
@@lavender1187 sometimes the more conventional, the more boring the salon is, the better it looks (and price)
The owner has such a calm voice 🥰
someone has the same name as sophia and i truly honored

Man ur too funny 😂😂😂
But sorry I've commented 7 times
Its like a fun , non-judging(sorry if wrong spelling) , awesome and cool saloooooooon love it 😍😍😍
Her voice soothes me
I've got a consultation here tomorrow and I'm so excited!
Yassssssss!!! We need this place here in the U.S. I love it so much! This place is amazing!
Oh my gosh. I NEED TO GO THERE!
But the real question is
How expensive is it 🤔
Instagram expensive
I checked the prices and for a cut which I'm guessing is what us australians call a trim and with blow dry, for the lowest amount advertised is 50 pounds . Which in aud is 89.70.
So yeah expensive
Simona S woah
Highest advertised price was 90 pounds I believe, I can't imagine how much that would be in australian dollars.
Child....at a hair salon the hair is NOT the most important thing? lord jesus
They just want to be influencers and earn money.
I think they mean their Instagram became less and less about the hairstyles they posted and more about the overall atmosphere they established
no, on instragram hair isn’t the most important thing. she made that pretty clear
I live in Australia but if I was ever able to visit this place, I'd LOVE it.
This salon is just more colorful than most. It definitely would be a fun place to work, I'm a stylist / specializing in color and it's always a blast to use these fun colors! It's amazing how far our color options have come, you can do any color imaginable !
already following them on insta! ❤️ love their work
I have lived in london my whole life and have never heard of them...im intrigued
"The owner is such a delightful human being."
I absolutely Love this Salon's Ethos 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗 & positive vibes . Awesome x
They have been my favorite for years!!!!
Just loving the ideea 💙💙💙
This Saloon would be good to have in Belgrade because, every time when i want to have some red ends on black hair they look at me like..'aha..why?'. I just like something different...that's why.
Marela9, mozda. Maybe...
At first glance the thumbnail looked like something out of a horror movie, lmao
The different colors of hair is gorgeous 😍
i love that they accept everyone like we should all do and expressed their experiences
I would still find glitter in my hair after a week
Look here put some glitter in my curls you catch these hands. But... whatever floats y'all boats
Now I wish I was in London now
Cally Shimmerz I don't
No.... no you do not... I live in the UK (not in London but I do live in england) and London no do good rn so no you kinda don't...
Tkyja Norberg how is London like?
she says she didn’t want to make it too cool - but in making it crazy & colourful and full of different people, she’s made it cool, but in the best possible way!
Omg another video for not another salon!!💖💖💖💖💖💞💞💗💗 I rly want to go there!!!😆
How wonderful
cool! but can they handle black hair?
silentAmi Most likely not. Or maybe not even curly hair in general. London is predominantly white after all.
silentAmi But hey! If you’re looking to try color without it being permanent, try Hair paint wax by mofjang! It washes out Very easily and they have a variety of colors!
I live close to this place. U jelly? 😏 Edit: people, chill I'm just saying....
No
No... I don’t like hair salons...
no bcuz i live close to there to
hah
No, I don't like jellies.
Nerdy Swirly Yes!!! You’re so lucky!!
The first sentence that came out of her mouth I immediately liked this video. Such beautiful words.
the lady with the red beret has such a calming demeanor, i love her!
Yeah right. How about kinky hair.
POV2017 2017 Exactly what I thought
what about it
I was gonna say 💀 literally a minute into the video and everyone there looked white
karla penaloza thats because majority of people with kinky/curly hair don't really colour their hair and when they do they go to someone who can specialize in the textures and how to dye with minimal damage.
Carmander I understand there's certain places folks with curly hair would wanna go so I wouldn't blame them if they didn't come here but also I feel that more hairdressers need to make the effort to be able to work with many different types of textures to serve more people. This salon doesn't look like it's showing the commitment to make it clear that they're being as "inclusive" as possible since all the people they're shown working with here have certain hair types
If it's famous, how come I've never heard of it until now?
Same
What is there instagram name
Same
B do you know EVERY single famous hairstylist or every single famous brand ? Nah. It’s the same thing here, it’s popular on insta but you just don’t know it.
