I totally agree, next concert should be like this, she is so versatile that could do anything. Taylor is performing for three hours during this tour, It's insane. Many countries are asking for taylor, the demand is huge!! I'm happy for her!!
it is a cosensus amongst all of the swifties that our favourite performances of Taylor are her acoustic ones. That is why she always dedicates a part of her setlist during every tour to do some acoustic ones too, either on the piano or gitarr. on The Eras tour her "surprise songs" are acoustic. (songs that were originally not on the setlist, she does new ones every night.)
I love this performance, as well as her SNL performance of False God. Thank you for reacting to it.

I’ve been thinking the same thing, Ryan. She should do a solo tour with guitar, ukulele, and piano only. However, she could still play stadiums and I’d still have an elaborate light show. No need for a stool as she is great moving about the stage with an acoustic guitar. I truly believe she could slay a stadium crowd all by herself and I’d love to see her pull it off. Plus the fact of the matter is she’s just too big even for arenas. She’d have to play a week in every city.
I HALF agree with Nathan, I do think it’s possible she may be reluctant to let the people she employs down. However, I don’t agree that the fans would be disappointed. In my opinion, Swifties would completely lose their minds if she did a tour solo.
Lover is an amazing album 💿 also a special one. It’s the first one she owned.

The studio album is fantastic. The few acoustic performances she could do from Lover before Covid were wonderful. You would LOVE the live performances she did of a few of the tracks from BBC Radio Live Sessions.
What?!? I have never heard that Lover isn't one of her popular albums. The one that people never mention is her debut. I've heard mostly everyone talk about each album and their love for it except for her first one.
I think Taylor does alot of acoustics already. Throughout the years she's played acoustically. There are a couple of songs she's never performed live and there are others we wanted to see a music video for it but never happened.
I'm hearing that this tour, The Eras Tour, she is playing songs that she hasn't played live before which is awesome. But what I want, personally for my own sake lol, is for her to do a complete rock album. Grunge, heavy, alt, emo, punk, melodic, metal album. She's picked up that electric a few times and we've seen very little instances of her playing it live. But she sure can bring out that rock in her songs during her concerts. I just want to hear it as an entire album. I'm a rock girl and I need to blast that shit everywhere 😂. She a savage and I've been here for it 💯 🔥.
Heck, even Dave Grohl has talked about how she saved his ass from embarrassment when he was drunk at one of Paul McCartney's parties in which she was also in attendance. She began to play one of his popular songs and at first he couldn't recognize it cuz he said she played it so beautifully lol. But Taylor saved him that night, is what he said.
There are artists whom I feel she should not only collaborate with but perform with them as well. There's Belmont, Bilmuri, Dayseeker, State Champs, Real Friends, Grayscale and Stand Atlantic, just to name a few lol. She grew up listening to rock, emo bands along with some rap music. You can hear it in the flow of her music, the cadence of her words, the beat and rhythm, the tempo, the timing. Dude, she's LIT 🔥. If she's gonna be playing a guitar, it has to be the electric. That would be killer. Her just standing there, gazing at us like as if she's saying "this is what you wanted right?" as she riffs off SIIIIICK!!! I can see that happening.
Many of us dislike Lover as an album. There are about 6 truly excellent songs. Like some of her best. And a whole bunch that range from ok to just bad. It lacks focus and needs some serious editing.

..which makes u wonder why (the hell 😅) she never released a strip down acoustic album..either new songs or past songs?..of course she's released some acoustic version like State of Grace..Forever & Always..but if it's JUST her & her guitar? NEVER...eventhough she CERTAINLY knew that fans love all of them so much..
My guesses is ALL this strip down acoustic performances is PURELY her moments with her fans. It moments that those lucky enough to be there will remember it for the rest of their lives.. That's also the reason why WE, 'forever & always' look forward to her 'surprise' song each night on her every tour. U can only captured these wonderful moments in your memories but u cant purchased it.
note: this Cornelia Street + Better Man acoustic performances are simply the best to ME! whoever got either this two surprise song on Eras Tour, im FOREVER jealous of u guys 😊😊😊

Gotta say, I don't know that the acoustics in space would bode well for a tour, but I would absolutely try to follow Taylor to Venus. Also people love to talk shit on various albums and people, but gotta say, I love Lover as an album and this feels arguably close to "Cornelia Street"'s studio production. Glad you guys got to experience it this way though!

This is my favorite song off Lover. Not her best album because the album has some fluff in it... but it has some great music on it. She doesn't have a bad album. Even her worst album (Lover) is a great album.

@ilymal this is obviously subjective and I struggle with it because I feel like this about Reputation but both albums have grown on me recently. It's hard to rank a worst TS album because they're all good.

For me the production is what ruined Lover. It was just terrible imo and ruined her great writing. Some of her best written songs are hidden in over produced crap
