    Efficiency =LoadPower*100/ (ToalPower - NoLoadPower)
    = 275*100/(313.2-28.23)
    =96.5%
    That's nearly perfect conversion 👍

    Top work bro well done, top efficiency....adding the cores on the 24v side of the output transformer made a huge difference in efficiency thats awesome, Low frequency inverters
    Still have a place, with thier high surge capability, you can run a washing machine and a full size fridge easily, and the inverter will last long time, with its simple construction and design one can easily even repair the inverter with off the shelf parts, can run it for 32 years like our fridge which we have
    When I was 13 lol....
    Low frequency inverters would outlast any high frequency build when it comes to longevity.....they built like a tank....
    Plus if you do an efficiency test with your toroidal transformer you will get even higher efficiency numbers, I've seen a guy do a 5kw
    With 95% efficiency thats crazy efficient....

      Correct, iron core inverters are very durable and capable of handling overload well. The efficiency is also not too bad. Today I tested it with a 2KW electric stove. The efficiency is approximately 89%. Not bad for an iron core inverter.

      @PhdHung That's Awesome, that's not bad at all bro, almost 90% you can get even higher but it don't matter too much as today solar panels are becoming cheaper and cheaper and even more efficient so that itself will cover up the loses appart from battery storage, which is also improving technology like Sodium - Iron batteries to replace toxic lithium.
      One day people will choose Low frequency with high efficiency more often than high frequency Inverters, Because they super strong, and loses won't matter...

    Hey please help me with one thing. I found a big Transform from an old UPS but it has only 2 wires. It has written 1.3mH 24 amps On its label.
    Is that an inductor?
    And should i connect it to my home electricity supple in series?

      It's an inductor. You can connect it to the household power supply. It filters very well.

      @@PhdHung Thanks a lot. One more thing please, My house has a lot of dirty electricity (High frequency noise over sinewave) due to which all SMPS with inductor and speakers makes a buzzing noise.
      Please help me make a filter for it. I searched online it's called an EMI filter.
      Can I use this transformer inductor for it? Cuz it's iron core so maybe can't filter high frequency.
      And what if I make an isolation transformer for Home with 220v primary and 220v secondary. Will it be able to filter all dirty electricity?

    Your gerber file is misleading. The resistors are not marked, and some resistors are missing on the file. What is the value of R-X Resistor pls. Thanks

    This diode that is on the operational IC that has been soldered on the egs002 board. What diode is this and what is it for?
    What software do I use to open the file in the gerber_job.gbrjob folder?
    When you can respond, I would appreciate it.
