I love the first Bad Boys! One of the most fun action comedies ever! And Michael Bay has an infinitely cool style and this has one of his greatest shots ever that gets reused in quite a few of his movies. But the shot of Smith and Lawrence standing up as the camera pans around will never get old!!

@@lexkanyima2195 if the kid is born in 96 and they were partners since ‘85-‘86 and have known each other all their life (these are things that were said in the BB1) where did Mike find time to go to Mexico? Plus in BB3 Mike says they recruited him out of the academy. He would have gotten out of the academy around ‘84

Will Smith’s “Adams Apple” stood out more than a “Rubiks Cube”.
I’m my opinion number 1 and number 3 are my favorite so far. I have not seen 4. Number 2 lost me with the hummer down the hill and the mine field. It was just too unbelievable for me and I did not enjoy it.
3rd is the worst. Mike's son kills the captain. terrible idea that he has a son . Did not work for me

Building a "shared universe" And "mythology" Around this franchise is dumb. The series worked because it was always simple: Bayhem action + Chemistry between leads. I thought Bad Boys for Life was only average and don't see the point of going to see this. Box office is strong right now but this franchise is going to stagnate very soon

They should do a Jump Street/Bad Boys crossover. I know they were going to do the MIB crossover but it makes more sense to have Schmidt and Jenko team up with Mike and Marcus since both movies deal with drugs. With Jump Street they did High School and College, now they could join the Miami PD or a rival PD.
