Help me! When I do circle with my jig, I adjust deep "10mm".
But when machine is going the adjust spinn and going deeper.
    How to prevent this?
Vibration make is spinn and adjust deeper

I really enjoyed your tour of the Ryobi Router. You covered the important controls and domonstrated them for a good visual understanding. Thanks much ... Cheers!

Any idea on the thread for the edge guide? Is it metric 8 or 5/16 fine thread?

Not sure mate as mine came in the box with the router. You could possibly find 1 on ebay though 👍

Fab video - can I use this as a plunge router ? If not do Ryobi make one of those? I'm a bit confused by the numbering system they use!

    • @TheYorkshireMix
      @TheYorkshireMix  Год назад +1

As far as I'm aware they don't make the plunge cut attachment for it but it can be done free hand but it's a bit dodgy and not recommended 👍

Based on your Yorkshire accent alone, I'm going to like & subscribe! I will receive this on Monday from amazon!!
Watched it through and in my opinion, I like your review. I can't wait to receive my router and I will check out your other videos. I have a few Ryobi batteries, does the 5AH make it awkward to handle?

Cheers 👍I'm glad you enjoyed the video. It is a fantastic tool so I'm sure you will love it. The vonhaus bits I use with it are really good too. You can find the link for them in the description. Yes the 5ah battery does make it a bit top heavy and it can get a bit wobbly when working on a thin edge but nothing a bit of practice can't fix👍

Cheers pal. As far as I'm aware it's just called a router Edge guide and mine came in the box with the router. It may be possible to get 1 off amazon or ebay. Hope this helps 👍

Excellent, I am pleased you had a closer look at this one Karl, I have already added it to my collection from CBS and not yet put it through its paces (we finally move in next weekend!)... 👍🏻
Sounds like you are quite taken with the Router - do you reckon it might replace my favourite then... 😂
I only purchased a limited Ryobi bit set as I probably wouldn’t ‘need’ anything like the magnificent Von Haus set you have, yet... 🙄

Hope the move goes well mate. Im not sure it will hit your number 1 spot but it will definitely get in to the top 5 🤣. The vonhaus set is nice and I probably won't use all the bits but for the price I had to get it. Think it was about £35👍

@@TheYorkshireMix Thanks Karl, the move-in has been a long time coming, but then that is largely our fault for having far too much done... 🤷🏼‍♂️
The bit set is now around £45... 🤑 🥴
