I just unpacked the Pilates Pro Chair by Life's A Beach with 5 dvd's from TSC ( The Shopping Channel- Canada). I bought this machine because anything that lets me sit down and work out is perfect for me because I am basically lazy. I am also 72 years old just like Susan Lucci. I tried it out and I CAN do the exercises despite being out of shape and over weight ( YEAH) . In Canada they offer more colours: grey, yellow, and sapphire blue. They also added a 5th dvd with 3 workouts : 1) ABS Powerhouse, 2) Legs & Buns, 3) Arms and Back. What is especially nice is that TSC offers 12 easy payments which makes a lot of what they sell available for those who have smaller wallets. I just took a before pic and will compare it 3 months from now to see if there are any changes.
