Please Mr. Sapochnik speak about how long does it take NVC to schedule an interview at the embassy after a certain visa type’s status got current (mine is Family based category f2a, PD 2020.december.21 ), a friend of mine got current on February bulletin, she only got that message that they’ll schedule an interview within 60 days or she’ll receive that message again after 60 days , there’s no news yet we are waiting for already 3 to 4 years to get back with our spouses 😢😢 please speak about this give us some hope please 🙏🏻

Please let’s say in the F1 category there are 2 applicants one has a PD as 20 September 2013, DQ 15 December 2022 and the other applicant with PD June 2019, DQ February 2021 please who is going to get his visa interview scheduled first
Hi Sir, I am applying for an H1B visa with the help of my sponsorship employer from us, while filling the ds -160 form I encountered the work experience section and that has two sub categories, present and previous employment, I resigned my job in the end of the February, and officially I am not working. In which category I need to fill in my work details, present or previous one.

Yes, EB-3 is divided into two preference categories: Other Workers and Professionals (skilled).
