The number one most important thing to do is read the ingredients! Stay away from all chemical, toxic, petroleum…-based products! It’s not the smell or the texture it is what is inside that matters!!
Don't miss out on the stain remover wipes. They are the best ones I've ever used. They will literally remove any stain, even ink and tomato based sauces. Better than Shout wipes in my opinion, especially for $1.25 for a box of 12!
Dollar Tree... YES! I went yesterday to pick up flowers for my mother's and sister's gravesites. The cemetery allows decorations 4 times a year and since they just cleared out the last ones, I was ready to decorate again. Often, I will take flowers from my garden but it's end of season right now, so the terrific flowers and garden decorations are perfect! When other family or friends show up there are nice show of love!
When washing your shoes, I’ve never tried the Oxy Super stick, but I do use the magic eraser on the soles and I use Dawn Power Wash for a presoak! I also make my own dawn power wash! I combine and mix with a small whisk 2oz of isopropyl alcohol, and 4 oz of Dawn Platinum ( I use dollar general brand a lot and it’s just as good), I then pour it in the power wash bottle, and fill with water to the bottom of the neck of the bottle,( I like warm water, but room temp from the sink is fine) and then stir, do not shake, to mix in the product with the added water ( I typically use the other end of my small whisk to stir a bit inside the bottle, then do “flips” with the bottle a few times, but do not shake) and it’s ready to use! This works fabulously on other stains as well!
I'm retired and live alone with my little dog. I live full time in a 24ft camper and I purchase the small laundry detergents and fabric softeners. They are easy to store and work just as good as the Walmart brands.
@@lizfenwickdiyThanks for your wonderful and informative videos....how can I remove the stains on the back of my skillet I tried so many things and nothing works... Thanks..
I have four dollar trees in my town, and none of them is big enough to carry all the things I see online. About every two or three months, I got to the town about 20 miles away and shop their very large store. Still, I think these influencers are getting them to stock the stores just for them to make the videos, because they are paid by Dollar Tree, so of course, they want the stores to look well stocked. Plus, they never have people in the store when they do their videos. It's just like anything else online, you can't believe everything you see.
We have one 10 miles away inside a Family Dollar, but it’s only 3 or 4 short aisles; almost nothing that she shows is there. There’s another about 20 miles away, and the biggest one is about 36 miles away. So I rarely get to take advantage of these great deals 😢
I take laundry detergent sheets when I travel. I can put them in my carry on bag and I don’t need to worry about any spillage. Plus they are very lightweight.
Got the wire organizer and I'm using it in my lazy Susan for all my pots and pans lids. I'm really happy that I decided to try it. So worth the $1.25. I bought two.
I’ve had problems with the scrub buddy (the magic eraser dupe) literally crumbling while using the second or third time using. For that reason alone I’d stick with the name brand one. The DT version of the pink stuff is not the same and really doesn’t do well on grease and grime.
Just wondering it seemed like the shoes you used in the oxy and the dollar tree version they looked so clean but I don’t disagree that the dollar tree version of oxy is not good but the shoes look so clean I’m always looking how to clean my used shoes better but to clean a clean shoe doesn’t t help me. But I love your videos and watch you daily!! Love you Liz!
I love the small pumpkin you painted first then added burlap ribbon and floral on top. I have those same pumpkins, and going to make mine similar! Thanks! :)
I laughed when you showed the plates with animals on them because when my orange cat turned 2 I used those plates on his birthday. We got the tiger 🐯 plates 😂. Thank you for the great comparison of products. ✨🌟✨💫🌼
Hi Liz! I don't know what scent it is, but the blue Fabuloso makes me sneeze. I'm not sure if you've ever shown any of the Global Beauty Care products, but they went through a rebranding not too long ago. They make facial cleansers, face creams & under eye creams. They are a steal @ 1.25 & a little goes a long way.
I always appreciate your amazing style and techniques and the things that you share.........I just wish my Dollar Tree had alot of the products you share. I guess I need to venture out more! 💜
Next time if you get soaps and hand-washes, do one for each hand so the scents won't cover the previous one you just used 😊 Thanks for sharing yet another great and useful video ❤
Dollar Tree…. I have never been able to find the hand sanitizer at any of my stores.😢 Oh my goodness! The Zoopal paper plates brought back memories! One of my son collected those when he was young, about 20 years ago. Every time we went to Walmart we got a pack of them.
Dollar Tree's dish washing liquid is hopeless. You need at least four times the amount than you would using Dawn. I do use many of their other cleaning products though.
I use scrub daddy dupe DT sponges all the time. You went passed the laundry sheets that work for traveling. I have short hair so DT one works for most.
Dollar Tree. Last time I was at my DT I commented that it was really different as the shelves are higher than before. Was told they're getting ready for the DT Plus!
honestly, people don't talk about their Keurig coffee pods and it shocks me. Harry&David coffee and it's really tasty! They don't ALWAYS have the pods but recently started carrying a bigger box of it for $5. Also, the Simply Ageless collagen face wash is incredible.
I use the dollartree version of the hair towel. And it works just fine. But I have very fine hair as long as yours. And it fits. You have very thick hair. And you should try it wet then your hair isn't that thick. But I am just doing fine with it. Without it my hair takes over 3 hours to dry. With the flimsy one it takes 1 hour. I have a lot of hair but very fi e that's why it takes forever to dry... and no I do t use a dryer. I want my hair to less for a while. I am 61 and my hair is still good quality... ❤
I use the cat litter scented deodorizer (green box) - and they carry the Fresh Step Crystals deodorizer in the cat section! I can also find the new lickable cat treats - less expensive than even Walmart!
Two things that I do to stretch grocery budget: 1) Always keep a bag of frozen Turkey or beef meatballs in the freezer. Great to make spaghetti and meatballs, meatball subs, meatball stroganoff or meatball appetizers all done in the crockpot. Saves money and time and very convenient. 2) I always keep a can of crescent rolls in the freezer. Great for making quick appetizers or desserts. Also a great way to use up the last tiny bit of leftovers that aren’t entirely enough for a meal. Just stuff and bake for a great snack or appetizer
I'm glad you showed the Pink Stuff dupe. I had purchased the DT version a while back, and used it a couple of times. It worked pretty well. I've never used the name brand version, so I can't compare them myself. But recently, I tried the DT version on a stain and it worked so well! I live in an apartment, and the air conditioner return area (where the drip tray and such is) is above my bathtub. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a rust-colored stain in my bathtub and saw the AC return section was dripping. I got maintenance to fix the issue, but I still had the stain. The apartment office gave me a little bleach cleaner scrubber (like for the toilets) and it didn't work very well. I tried thinking of what else I could use to try to remove the stain, when I remembered the pink stuff dupe I had. I tried that and the stain is not 100% gone, but it is barely noticeable now. I'd say it's about 98% or 99% gone, when bleach didn't even touch it. It worked great!
I also purchased one of those microfiber hair towel things a few years ago, and it was a total waste of money, because it was so short. My hair at the time was pretty long, and it is really thick, and there was no way that tiny towel was going to hold all my hair, even if I scrunched it up in there. Lol. There are a few products you showed in this video that I would like to try. I'm going to save this video in my favorites so I can refer back to it when I go to DT next time. Thank you!
I always love your videos. (I’m jealous of your huge kitchen- lol!) going to look for the products. Fortunately for me, in addition to the Dollar Tree mere blocks from my home- there are 3 others within 10 minutes driving. The biggest one is 15 minutes away.

The number one most important thing to do is read the ingredients! Stay away from all chemical, toxic, petroleum…-based products! It’s not the smell or the texture it is what is inside that matters!!
I also check where the products were made. Every country has a different set of requirements for making products.
I could not agree with you more! If you read those labels it’s scary putting that stuff in your house or on your skin!!!! Stay natural always!!!
I like the Bowl Sealers, However I just buy a pack of Plastic Shower caps and use them on my leftover bowls of food or snacks!

I use the petroleum jelly stick for my cracked heels. Such a great dupe for the more expensive ones!

Thanks for watching!
Dollar Tree is one of my favorite places to shop!
Dollar Tree. Since retiring I buy as much as possible here. I live alone except for my pets so it is perfect for me.
The Arm & Hammer body powder from my local Dollar Tree is nicely scented and TALC-free.

These comparison videos are SO helpful! I was curious...did the natural deodorant work very well?
Using Dawn powerwash to clean the vinyl siding of your home. It repels bugs from your home.
I use the sheet detergent when I travel. No worries about liquid limits and spills.
Thank you for doing these videos. They are very informative. I always wonder how good some of the stuff is at DT, but I love shopping there.
You are so welcome!
