Thank you for the review great video! You pretty much answered the question I was going to ask. I have had two Motorola phones over the past couple years I love them the only issue that I've had with them is the audio. the loudness of the speakers is ridiculously low I sometimes have to put my headphones on to hear. Granted I am old so my hearing isn't what it used to be. 😂 But it is quite annoying. The other thing about the audio is every time I get a notification it lessens the sound but instead of coming back on when the notification is done it stays at that lower volume so I literally have to put my phone on do not disturb when I watch a video. Any issues like that?

I have already decided this will my annual phone upgrade nezt year when I can (hopefully) get it for $400. I don't like paying more than $350 - $400 for a phone, as I like to get a new phone every year, and have it come out to essentially $1 dollar a day (that's how I look at most of my expensive purchases. I want a $1 a day of use. So if I say want to modify my car, update my house, buy a new phone, TV, etc. I always calculate how long I will need to own it in order to get $1 a day, since it will be something I will be using everyday). I am torn between the +2023 or the +2022. The main thing I'm wondering is the difference in audio quality when recording video on both models - '22 has 3 mics, '23 has 4 mics. I like to record in loud events like rock music festivals, my old LG V60 had excellent clean mics, but Samsung distorts in these same environments. I want the active stylus support, but I want the telephoto lens. I work outdoors so I need water and dust protection, but I also want a flat display for durability. They're both on sale - 2023 for $699, 2022 for $499. I can't figure it out based on the info here, I'd like to see a comparison of the two in a video to show how the cameras/mics have improved.

Does this phone rattle when shaken like the pixel 7 pro? The pixel rattles like a baby rattle over time.
I'm trying to figure out the same thing.
@@carlosruiz1656 I still don't know. Motorola edge+ got overshadowed by the razr+. There's not enough coverage of the device to make this decision.
I dont have AOD, just a peak screen that I have to touch to activate.
Mine just updated too android 14
Just picked this up for $400. Loving it so far. Coming from zfold 4.
Whered you get it for 400?
Can get for $599 at consumer cellular
This may seem like a strange question, but I do a lot of dictation on my phone, how is the talk to text in terms of accuracy?
Do you know the pixel phones are great for that I’m watching this review six months later and I recently bought a pixel eight and the speech to text is amazing.
