Late to the party but the Defender was mysteriously disadvantaged by having the suspension set so high. You can see the shock thru the fender @4:37. Lower it and then race again.
That supercharged V8 engine is amazing. I had the old shaped RR sport and the Jag XFRs which was faster than most Ferraris. Nice to see the engine is still made in Wales UK!

Not with the revised V8. It's rock solid. I own 3 JLR vehicles with the same engine. NEVER been to the shop.
