I'm new to your subscription and you are amazing! I have dyslexia and you are very thorough on your instructions. I cook only by recipe so the only thing it seemed I did wrong was not scoop the flour. I know how dough should look so I slowly add more flour. Now I have fresh baked rolls. Thank you and keep those recipes coming for people like me that are not creative on our own with baking/cooking!

If you have an electric pressure cooker, you can grease the pot and use the yogurt setting. In 30 min or so your dough should have doubled.
