@hijtohema, het KCO is ook een icoon! Ben ik met je eens. Maar het Metropole is en blijft, binnen zijn jenres en competenties, op eenzame hoogte acteren. Dit mag nooit verloren gaan.

What are the name of the songs? ahd wich movies? I don´t recognize all of them
Sorry, I don't know either, but they aren't "songs" - a "song" is something you "sing".

Binnen de wat lichtere genres (jazz, musical, pop, etc) dan. Vlak de betekenis van het Koninklijk Concertgebouworkest niet uit.
het KCO is ook wereldtop, maar het deze muziek echt niet spelen!
Just have the string sections of the world's leading classical symphonic orchestras (KCO,NY Philharmonic, Berliner Phil etc.) play swing......no way José that they pull that off, only the string sections of the Metropole know how to swing!!!
