You might feel bad for Collier here as his piano is so quiet, but how about that poor guy on the Nord keyboard sitting between Cory Henry and Jacob Collier playing his heart out but that no-one can hear?
You could tell from the outset of this song that there were technical glitches, Cory had to switch mic's and it took a minute to get his sound up. But it shows true professionalism that they all carried on as if 'that's just how we do it'.

This was set up so incredibly for Cory and Jacob. It already grooved so hard immediately and everyone just playing pocket allowed them to really ball out. Metropole FTW
Yes, we know that even Herbie Hancock could not stop saying "Wow!" when he heard this!! ...WOW! Best jazz I've heard in forever, and I grew up with a father and brother who were both professional jazz musicians.👏👏👏😀🎶
Great arrangment of a Herbie Hancock clasdic. Would have loved to have been there for the live rendition. Cory with the Metropole Orkeste is a great marriage. Best of American and Dutch musicianship with a UK conductor/arranger. Brilliant.

Watch this over and over again, sometimes daily, especially now I'm down with the flu. Sure, Jacob and Cory are the soul of 21st century jazz. What impresses me is the ensemble playing by Metropole Orkest. So much to see and hear. Behind Cory: the drummer keeping pace like no-one else. "Just doing my work."
