    Thank you for this informative video. You have such a nice gentle voice. I just bought some dried herbs at a Persian shop. I didn't know how to use sabzi before, but now I know. Do you think I can I use fresh lime instead of dried ones? 🙏🏽

      You must have dried limes, it creates an essential taste of ghormeh sabzi. It's pretty easy to make your own if you don't have access to dried limes.
