When you realize that the handstand was a piece of cake for the gymnast and the climbing wall was a piece of cake for Magnus, the MMA fighter had a small advantage on the ball, but the MMA fighter really held his own in this since nothing was specifically in his everyday work out.

He also sucked on all other disciplines. The burpees have been cut so he did not look as bad. Was a completely different speed than Magnus and Odin.
@@TheNieffi Dude weighs more than the other 2, obviously he is going to perform worst on bodyweight exercises like burpees, handstand and climbing. He does have some slight advantage on weighted exercises like the weighted lunges and medicine ball throw. However, the ball throw exercise advantage is negated because there is only 1 ball and he had to wait until Magnus is done with it despite him basically finishing the lunges around the same time as Magnus. But none of that matters when the climbing difficulty is far too great than the other exercises. Not only is the distance across the wall is too damn far, finger strength required for climbing is generally not acquired from training in other sports. On top of that, inexperience climbers generally have terrible techniques which make their climbs inefficient and more energy consuming. Magnus have a huge advantage because of that.
Imagine that the gymnast challenge is to do a 5 second iron cross or the mma challenge is to reach a certain amount of score on a punching machine, pretty sure the other two that is not proficient in the field of that particular challenge would have extreme difficulty in completing it. Because those challenges require specialized level of training. Burpees and handstand walk doesn't require and special training, most or any average person can do it.
magnus can handstand with a weeks practice. the mma guy is well, gonna struggle to meet them, where they can meet. literally his burpees were inefficient, were he held to standard he would have done 60. this is just an elimination video between Magnus and Odin.
I love the friendly competitiveness. They were immediately talking about how to make the competition more fair instead of who won.

It was nice to see everyone get to play to their strengths though, even if the competition wasn't very balanced. They were all pretty even on the burpees, Odin killed the handstand, only Andreas could throw the medicine ball, and Magnus is spiderman.

I always like it so much, that Magnus constantly makes fun of himself in hints throughout the video (f.e. his „Avatar/Pic“ for the Challenge). He‘s so humble. Keep it up, Magnus, you doin great! :)
