okay ill say it your guy's love of the perk menu layout is 100 percent romantic nostalgia. besides a few perks being different its a copy paste of the fallout 4 perk system in a decending line instead of a grid. which is inherently worse. because it means if you want the perk at the bottom it looks like you have to scroll through all the perks just to get it each time. its objectively a worse menu layout.
You say “objectively” when it’s not objective I think most people prefer the perk menu as it’s streamlined, unless you’re hard of sight then you can easily read each perk instantly compare to fallout 4s standard one where you have to constantly look around until you’re familiar, plus you can press T to only show available ones. It really does make a huge difference in verisimilitude when the vehicles and weapons actually have recognizable makes, models, and purposes, instead of just being a mindless haze of vaguely "atompunk" features and greebles as in the base game. There's, like, actual US-provided MLRS systems, coupes, fire engines, family sedans -- actual computers and radios and TVs, that have dials and informational panels and shit? I really love the work and dedication that went into this mod, basically.

Personally i'd consider radioactivity worse than a biohazard. A biohazard will kill you more or less instantly, or not at all. Radiation is more difficult to fight off.
don't tell zach but the EM-2 is in the game. i found one in a jack tar controlled ship north of the Cutty Sark (zach saw the ship rigging for it). i'm pretty sure the guy i nabbed it off of is hard coded to carry that gun as everyone else in there had muskets
If you ask the guy what happened he tells you he told the others that the base is being attacked which is why they’ve ran off, kinda makes sense for them to try to save their hq and all the people there rather than the 1 dying guy

I looked into it, Puritan’s debuff is permanent atm. So you guys might want to fix that with console commands or you have -2 str and end permanently
