Total War: EMPIRE takes the Total War franchise to the eighteenth century Age of Enlightenment a time of political upheaval, military advancements, and radical thought, captured in stunning detail.
Total War: EMPIRE introduces a host of revolutionary new features, including true 3D naval combat. For the first time in the Total War series, you will be able to intuitively command single ships or vast fleets upon seascapes rich with extraordinary water and weather effects that play a huge role in your eventual glorious success or ignominious defeat. Yo, btw is there any renaissance mode for Med2? Or you know, a way to play the game with all gunpowder units unlocked?
Somebody recommended my Stainless Steel, Late Campaign but it still takes 200 years to unlock the gunpowder units (Not gunpowder itself)
I agree. The maps were so much better than the battles though

4:25 why did they get off their horses to flee 😂
I believe those are dragoons, their purpose was to ride up to the enemy, dismount and draw their carbines, and fire at the enemy. good ol' hit and runs. it seems here that they dismounted to fire...and were caught in unfortunate timing. still strange they didn't try to remount their horses.

Just got it. It's so expansive. My favorite total war thus far.
I want Empire: Total War 2 with more locations and availiable nations (like Denmark, Portugal and some other main nations) with better UI and some improvements. And I DONT WANT IT TO BE F2P AND DONT WANT IT TO HAVE MUCH SHIT DLCs.

That is my dream, honestly. An Empire 2, expanded. Same start date, later finish date. Bring on over the later times and improvements from Napoleon. I swear they’ve only been releasing Warhammer for a while, now.
