Man what a cool album! I'm loving all the new songs so much. Probably a bit too much, I got so excited but I probably should have spent some more time learning that one to have it tighter 😅. But I thought it was decent enough to upload anyway, and I don't want to wait too long before learning the next one!
I have to say though it feels really odd listening to songs about wars with what's going on right now. We always hear about that kind of stuff in history books, and it's crazy to think it's happening so close for some of us at this very moment. I know words on the internet don't really do much, but still if you, your family, or friends is affected by the war in Ukraine, I really hope for the best for you, no one deserves the consequences of this mess. Okay enough mood kill ahah.

@@Sabatonforever Yeah I know but I’m not gonna go by order, I’ll just do whatever ones I feel like doing. I was thinking it might be next but I have to see caus the double bass run in that bridge is hella fast, at least it doesn’t last too long, but still I’m not sure if I can pull it off. If I can it might be next, otherwise I’ll probably wait to do it last (or at least try it again then) so that the other double bass heavy songs might serve as practice ahah. I haven’t been playing that much recently and even this one was a bit of a struggle, I need to get back into it lmao

Gonna do that. The double bass with the snare is fine but I hate the ride because it's played so uneven
@@34alinator21 Yeah that ride pattern was pretty hard to get down at first, it took me a while to be able to do that at the same time as the double bass

Thanks man! Yeah that one is amazing ahah. You know I might get flamed for this, but I don’t really have albums I prefer from these guys, it’s all kind of more or less the same to me ahah. Of course it’s not all completely the same since they’ve been doing this for a loooooong time and it’s bound to differ a little bit over time, but it’s all been the same general kind of vibe and beats. Won’t stop me from wanting more though 😆🤘

Thanks! I think so, I've kinda been going back and forth with Hellfighters and Valley of Death since it released, these 3 are all so good, but it's definitely in my top 3 ahahah
What Drumheads do you use (especially Snare)?
So, in this specific cover, on the snare I had a Power center reversed dot (from Evans drumheads, all the heads are Evans), on the toms I had G2 clears and on the kick I pretty much always have an EMAD2. I do alternate a lot my heads on the snare though, like right now I have an Heavyweight, I've used the HD Dry's a lot before and the ST Dry's as well. On the toms right now I have UV2's that I also like a lot, and I've also used G2 coateds and Onyx that were nice, but I mainly use those G2 Clears or the UV2's

Don't know what Sabaton uses apart from that they use Evans, but I never expected clears to sound like this. I expect the pads (dots) do the deal
@@mattwurst1339 I know their drummer uses EC2’s on the toms usually, not too sure on the snare though. I tried those EC2 as well but didn’t really like em as much for some reason though
