I am full of ideas today. If my body was working I would do what you do. I love the treasure hunt. Idea # 1 Ship your packing supplies to where your staying before you arrive. #2 Buy a small place that you could rent out and have a place to store your packing supplies at. #3 Have your connections help you with sourcing supplies. 4. Bring a suit case full of the packing and check it in. Just ideas to help you.
Loved your vlog, am an American that moved to southeast England 30 years ago, and watch American thrift vlogs. Try to explain to people that your thrift stores are our charity shops. And are not in big buildings, are in small buildings. Loved your finds, can’t wait to see more of your vlogs over here!
I have copper envy😂 it's GORGEOUS, Jami! What a fabulous thing to always remind you of this trip❤ Thanks for every minute you video for us to see.. I'll probably never go junkin in England or France and watching you guys have fun there is the next best thing! Your "crock dealer " really hooked you up this trip!!!🎉
Hello from Indiana. I have just found your videos and I must say they are giving me so much pleasure. I love that you take us with you on your treasure hunting. You two are so awesome. I have only watched about a dozen videos so far but I definitely will binge watch all that you have. You are making an old lady very very happy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤❤❤
Awww thank you. I think we have 1700 videos over the last 8 years. Some are better than others. Depending on what we had going on at the time. Our channel has always been whatever we’re doing with our business and it has changed so much. We are glad you are here.
The next time you visit the UK, you must visit Salisbury in Wiltshire, you will find the most amazing thrift shops. Prices are very reasonable. Went to so many during my holiday. Salisbury also has interesting churches, pubs etc . Salisbury Cathedral is a must.😊
Hey, super lovely to see you over the pond in England 🇬🇧🇺🇸. The ceramic water bottle is a hot water bottle used in the olden times! I have several that I have in my garden to decorate. Bath is only 20mins by train from my home, SO CLOSE! Enjoy your time here xx
Jami you scored on that big copper pot🎉 The shipping is what gets you. That's why you have to buy things at a good price on order to make a nice profit. Happy picking and stay safe ❤
OMG I love second hand shopping in England! Make sure you have some pasties and sausage rolls from the bakery. Also if you have the chance try the chicken Parmo! You won’t be disappointed 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 have loads of fun in my country ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love it Jami! I know every one of those charity shops and Tara’s shop in Tenterden Rising Star! Can’t believe just how much you can sell it all for across the pond😀
Thank you so much for taking the time Jami and Zeb for filming, editing and sharing your trip with us 🙏♥️. Your finds are beautiful, can't wait for your next video with more finds 😊!!!
Love the cottage! Charity shops are delightful! That that purple coat looked so good on you, might be worth slimming to wear it! Blessed and safe trip!
We went to B & O the large boxes are $5 and we got more bubble wrap. I wish we could find brown paper cheap. Instead we buy the cheapest newspapers we can find. I’m gonna see if we can find some cardboard behind shops tomorrow it’s good for filler. We have to pack 1-2 boxes every night to stay on top of the shopping. But 6 boxes are already on their way. They will be home before us ❤️
Our first trip was to France and it was more of a siteseeing trip with just what we could fit in our suitcase. The second time we had a scale but not a printer and we shipped 8 boxes and only stayed in one place. Last trip we started in France and ferried over to England with all our junk then stayed in Kent and shipped 10 boxes. This trip we are just in England we are staying at three seperate cottages and I think we just about have it figured out. You never know what you’ll find. My goal this trip is 12 boxes. We’re half way through and I think we’ll be at 8 boxes total maybe 9 by tomorrow.
$80-$90 for the Dundee marmalade jars??? 😲 I guess it depends on size, etc. I have three Dundee jars, same size, but different. I didn't pay over $40 each for them.
I do Love to watch you shopping in charity shops in England because I'm of English parentage and I love England. But... I have to say though, I'm not sure about you taking all those English Heritage items back to the US to sell. I'm afraid I am of the opinion that some things should be left in their country of origin. I'm not sure Americans would like it of the situation was reversed.
There are loads of items. And the reason we can buy so much is these things aren’t as popular here. A lot of things I am buying are from France too. America is an extension oh an English colony. So I feel likes it’s ok ❤
Oooo! What a beautiful place you are staying in. So so cozy and I love how rustic it is . totally your style. And Jamie you look so cute I love your outfit and you look like you have lost quite a bit of weight so go ahead and enjoy all those yummy pastries and whole milk you can afford to and besides when you’re on vacation or a “workation”there is no such thing as calories. Zeb, totally impressed with your driving skills. I can’t even tell you how many times I got on the wrong side of the road or went the wrong way when we were in England. I kept feeling like my equilibrium was off. 😂😂It was just too weird for me
Zebs an amazing driver. And he’s patience with all my squeals. It’s so scary as the rider. My butt clenches the seat. It’s equal parts scary and beautiful driving around here
I hated to see this video end. You guys have found so many fabulous things, and I can’t even imagine how you ship all of that home. Love looking at the English countryside. Thank you for sharing.
Loved your video! Typical English weather, lots of rain and mild temperatures. Next time ask for streaky bacon not back bacon, it resembles American bacon and it is my favourite. Fantastic shopping haul, lots of treasures. Can’t wait for you next video. Haven’t been home ( Plymouth) U. K. Since 2013. You are making me homesick guys. Did Zeb have any treacle puds or sticky toffee puddings yet, my all time go to dessert. Try a roast dinner in a pub, great food in the local pubs and you will love the atmosphere! Bye for now. Mxx
Great video y'all. Eliza will look so cute in the plum overcoat ~ Nice find!! And the REAL crockery & glass inkpotd are exciting finds of course. Great job driving opposite Zeb 😬 (Scary to me!!)
The cottage where you stayed is so cozy and inviting!!! I kept saying... Zeb ur driving on the wrong side of the road...lol. What great finds. Those bibles are cool!!!
Oh my goodness…. LOVE ALL THE CROCKERY❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Love hearing the accent of the people in the Shops…. Looks like a successful trip so far. I thought I would die when you showed the place you were staying….the BEAMS AND BRICK 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Jami that copper pot ….👍👍❤️❤️ Be safe ….🥰🥰🥰🥰
Loved the cottage you stayed in. Everything looks so beautiful there except the roads I know I would definitely wreck! Thanks for sharing your trip, so wonderful to see places I know I wouldn’t be able to visit ❤️😇
Great video! I loved those huge lions in the beginning of the video….. so many cool finds. Loved your first B&B. So beautiful! Have fun! Happy shopping!
I like to see your adventures in EU, check the Chiswick Car Boot Sale in London is huge, the next one is the 5th of Nov. The sale helds on the first Sunday of every month. Good Luck?!
So wonderful to watch you thrifting in England. Love all your treasures, can't believe how many awesome pieces to were able to get in one day! Love you rcottage!
Love those smaller thrift stores, especially when they stage their goods!! You cottage there is adorable!! The beams and rafters in the ceiling were amazing!!! Did it give you any ideas for your cottage at home?
I totally want to go to England and thrift now. Thank-you so much for filming everything so we can live vicariously through you. Blessings for continued good & safe travels.
I am so enjoying watching you junkin in England. I have seen so many things that i love. I am crazy about all your blue pieces. Cant wait to see them for sale
Cheerio -- indeed & toodles ...😂 You two are old pros @ this already! Nobody else shows the gritty details & spare time spent packing-- hopefully the mailing won't involve people throwing your boxes--fingers crossed ! Great peeking @ the treasures & I'm sure most of it will go in your first live ... no hesitation or it'll be gone !! Be safe & we're all waiting for the next show ... Cheerio!
Such an idyllic trip, although I gotta say - reminds me a whole lot of the Oregon coast where I live. Except for the cool old, old houses and churches of course! I’m feeling envious of you guys thrifting and antiquing in England! So many cool things there. Hopefully you will not get too exhausted! ❤
This was a terrific video loved seeing some of the country towns and the charity shops. Y’all got some amazing pieces!!! I love all the old, rustic areas. They are what I’ve always wanted to see, not the city. Thanks for filming things for us.
Jami, thank you for bringing us along. This was my favorite video so far and I love all of your videos. I can no longer travel but I feel like I just went junking in England. Loved it!
That was an EXCELLENT video!!! Sooo fun to see you shopping, see where you were staying, see the countryside and hear everything you had to say and explaining your process. I love England but when I was there we stayed the whole time in London and it was the day after the Queen had died so touring was much different. Thanks again.
We never go into London. I have never been there in the three times we have come. We fly into Heathrow which is on the outskirts and we go straight to the countryside. Someday we’ll visit London. But for now we just enjoy the countryside pace of life❤

Tons of goodies! I just figured out green glass ink wells are the things that have been missing from my thrifting/antiquing life! Beautiful!
I'm interested in one ~ the colours 💙💚
this reality show was really fun and interesting
Wow beautiful cottage. I could live there.
You’re hysterical ❤ I almost died “our crack … I mean crock dealer” 😂
Great haul for one day. Those Bibles tho. Have fun and good pickings ❤

This is great fun. How many trips did it take for y'all to get this down to a science?

If you bought them in the states then you did really well. They are not easily found.
@@JamiRayVintage I did and they are. I passed up one at a Vintage Market this spring that I now regret not buying.
Wow! I can’t believe I’m first. I forgot to like and started watching instead.

I’m an American and I honestly don’t care if a British person came here and bought US antiques and sold them in the Uk. It’s their money lol.
