I hope you won't take offense at this, because I certainly don't mean to insult you, or your craft. But whenever I see the sugar water and corn syrup mixture cooling on that marble slab, I think of an old song from 1958 called "Beware of the Blob," because of the way it oozes on the slab. Not to mention some of the sounds it makes when you fold in the flavors and the colors. But I do enjoy those sounds. Part of my ASMR, I suppose.
