You have the Fia debuff. You got it when you last hugged her, and it takes away a small portion of your max hp. Cleanse it by using baldachins blessing, which is a consumable item that I THINK should be in the same inventory slider as your flasks (the very first one after most recently acquired item), all the way near the bottom.
