താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞപോലെ എല്ലാം ചെയ്തു. എല്ലാം ok aayi പക്ഷെ reKYC ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ face scan പറ്റുന്നില്ല, error കാണിക്കുന്നു, പല പ്രാവശ്യം ചെയ്തു നോക്കി പറ്റുന്നില്ല, എന്തു ചെയ്യും. Abroad ആണ്.

താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരമെല്ലാം ചെയ്തു. പക്ഷെ,face scan ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുവേണ്ടി Aadhar face RD aap download ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. ഞാൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന samsung galaxy A14 5g എന്ന ഡിവൈസിൽ ഈ ആപ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല എന്നാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്. അതോടെ ഈ ഉദ്യമം അവിടെ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു....
6 ഓളം മൊബൈൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് rekyc ക്ക് ശ്രമിച്ചു. ഒരു മൊബൈലിലും ആദാറിൻ്റെ ഈ app download ആകുന്നില്ല.

Android 9 ഉം അതിന് മുകളിലുമുള്ള ഫോണുകളിൽ ഈ ആപ്പ് ഡൌൺലോഡ് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കും എന്നാണ് ആപ്പിന്റെ ഡീറ്റെയിൽസിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്..
But ആൻഡ്രോയ്ഡ് 9 ൽ കിട്ടുന്നില്ല...
ആൻഡ്രോയ്ഡ് 13 ൽ ആണ് ചെയ്തത്.
മറ്റു ഫോണിലൂടെ try ചെയ്ത് നോക്കൂ...

Request approved ആയി എന്ന് SMS ഉം Mail ഉം വരും. ഇപ്പോൾ തിരക്കായതിനാൽ കുറച്ചു ദിവസങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം ബില്ലിൽ ഉള്ള ഗ്യാസ് ഏജൻസി നമ്പറിൽ വിളിച്ചാൽ നമ്മടെ eKYC Status okay ആണോ എന്ന് അവർ പറയും..
