Really did enjoy this episode, Josh’ you really good at this and to see Larry Mazza, compliment you as he did, man, you must be so proud of yourself! 👏🤜 great job Joshua!
This man you interviewed sounds like pure evil. Like a man without a soul or conscience. He casually talks about dumping human bodies like they're everyday trash.
I'm happy to see Larry being interviewed by somebody who knows how to guide the conversation with questions but then shuts up and lets him talk, there are a lot of people out here trying to do interviews that don't know how but you're pretty damn good at it👍
Larry Mazza gives a great interview. I don't think he's lying about anythng either. Unlike a lot of these guys, he really seems pretty consistent and corrects himself over tiny details which is a sign he's really trying to recall it exactly as it happened.
@@brucelean2172 its so important to share and tell ALL of our history, mazza never killed anyone who wasn't in the life or involved in it, he is a soldier (not a killer) you're brain dead to think it's a good idea to not share the reality of it with the new and young generation who idealise the life, Larry does the opposite and tells exactly what the life was about
@Bruce Lean Because if we give a platform to someone who worked 9-5 in a toothbrush factory for 40 years it would be pretty boring. And end up with 3 views. We want sex, drugs and violence.
Yet he’s the only one without his own platform like wtf lol. All these terrible story tellers & fake gangsters can’t stop uploading yet Larry hasn’t even created his own channel/podcast
Love this guy.I subscribed just because of this episode. This video drew me in 100% Captivating.I was going to go out and do something tonight and I just couldn't walk away from watching this!
Larry is a rare breed. Interesting, good talker and likable. Never comes across as a liar, doesn't try to show off or brag. Whatever career he would of chosevin life you can tell he would of suceeded in it. He fell into the Mob life by pure chance and just went with it. Interesting man, interesting life. He's actually lived the life frauds like Giannini Russo, Ice man Kuklinski and Anthony Raimondi claim to of lived.
Enjoyed it very much listening to his story, its interesting to hear what really happened back then and he is telling it in an entertaining way. Looking forward to a part 2
The fact that you're able to interview this gentleman, in person... With such a private life Blows my mind. Great job on being a great listener and not talking over your guest. New sub here for sure.
Of all the ex mobsters on the podcast circuit I find Larry the most believable. Speaks plainly without hesitation and never paints himself as the good guy like Gravano and several others.
LARRY I READ YOUR BOOK YOU SIGNED LARRY ALWAYS WATCHED YOU I HOPE YOU'RE MINI SERIES GETS THE GO AHEAD IT WOULD BE FANTASTIC GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ❤
This really should be the next mob movie. It falls into the "truth is stranger than fiction" category plus Larry Mazza is a compelling and rather likeable character.
Man I've been so fascinated with the Colombo Crime Family and it's "colourful" cast.. Carmine Persico, Greg Scarpa, Michael Franzese, Wild Bill etc. Seeing Larry Mazza on here is the last person I expected😂. Kudos sir👍
Great stuff! Larry tells that life straight up..Question to Larry what was your opinion on other hitmen in the mob,, Roy DeMeo,, Tommy Pitera,, Eddie Lino..Did you have interactions with these other made men, killers?
I love larry mazzas interviews, but something very interesting he says greg jr. Didnt know that greg sr. Was a rat for all those years but in greg jr's book he said his father told him when he was a kid that he was working with the government. I just finished the greg jr. Audiobook. I would like to hear larry comment in the book.
For me Larry is one of the absolut greatest and nicest goodfella who lives and tell story’s about his life. From a women to a normal job. Then slowly in criminal life. And at the end a stone cold killer. Wow. Today, After 10 years in the Can so normal so nice 😀 I watch all the interviews. Best of all. Wish I met him one time
Good interview. What a film it would be about Larry’s Mazzas life it would unique to see that Colombo war portrayed on screen and the Wimpy boys club recreated it could be a series or a film. I was thinking I wonder why considering he really was at the end of his life that Greg Scarpa admitted in court himself that he has helped the Government because he was never going to benefit from a short prison sentence but his reputation was damaged ? It baffled me why he put it out
57:03 Otto's social club at 494 President is where Mimi scialo and another body(another young guy that laid hands on a persico relative) were found buried.
I have to agree with others that comment that Larry is to me the most honest of the former Mob guys. He doesn’t try to make himself bigger than he was, he didn’t push his crimes off on anyone else and he corrects himself over the smallest mistakes. Sammy talks about John betraying him? Was anyone betrayed worse than Larry by Greg and he still don’t bad mouth him. Larry is honest and authentic.
That's actually pretty good Mr. Mazza, when I was in need of money, I had to go to these payday loan places and get 500 bucks for 2 weeks, for 45 dollars a week.... and I had to also pay it back within two weeks... you said 1000 bucks for 50 dollars a week.... that's not as bad as SpeedyCash, or Advance America. No wonder my grandpa back then would tell me not to get those loans because those were they guys that "break your legs"... I would be like, "What? That nice old lady as the SpeedyCash office, break my legs, huh?".... haa haa
Josh, my guy, as an ex-convict yourself ,I think gangsters n ex convicts feel comfortable talking n sharing their upbringing, including things that have wrong in their lives....some individuals are very interesting.....
Larry is a nice guy but you can tell he’s also a scary guy if you meet him on the other side. Guy is a stud. The interview itself was superb. You let the man talk and never once spoke over him. I’ve seen many mob interviews and this was up there man.
Check out the previous episode with Corrupt Cop - Mike Dowd! 🙌🏼

Bravo. I never miss a chance to listen to Larry, even when he tells stories I've already heard. Sincerely hoping for part 2.

Mazza is a natural storyteller..articulate and interesting!
He got a unbelievable story that’s 💯 true.
Yeah.. great interview from a killer. Why we giving people like that a platform?

Out of all the former mob guys making the rounds, Larry does the best job telling it along with Michael Franchize
Thanks Larry
I’m only 4 minutes In and this feels like a police incident
Lol what you do Larry's face on the thumbnail you got him looking like demon lol. Im sure he liked that.
54:42 the incident he's talking about regarding Sammy the Bull's club, he's referring to Tali's and Stymie D'Angelo is the one Frezza shot and killed.
