- Just a phenomenal song. I am trying to be grateful every day - for my loved ones, for you all, for the little things that are easy to let live in the background. We learned a bit of a lesson about noise level recording in this Brooklyn park, hah, but it was such a lovely day that we needed to be outside. Thanks to Josh, as usual, for elevating the performance in a way I couldn't have accomplished by myself!

The music (vocal and instrumental) is very good as usual but I also appreciate these visits to new locations - it transports me to new places and experiences - and also reminds me of times in my past when I might have been sitting in the grass with friends who were playing and singing.

I've never had the opportunity to listen to any Alicia Keys songs. So I have no comparison to her and this cover. But just let me say, I will never go seek out that version. Excellent cover. The more I come back to listen and learn the more I appreciate. This duo makes it a unique cover by adding layers. A little bass, a little picking, great singing at a lower range with a higher range harmony and spot on guitar work that I hope to emulate.
