I am honoured
This is definitely so helpful, i can say that i understood it finally. Thank you very much
Dear Mr. Suman,
One thing which wasn't clear to Me is that: Competitive E n Indirect E were alike except for the image of Antigen-Antibody Complex. The result would be the same right for both of them. Can You please explain on how to differentiate among a group of Antibodies??
+Hari Gowthem Yes I want to know the similar thing too.
hey
I know its a bit confusing but indirect elisa is for detection of antibodies in serum and competitive is for detection of antigen just like direct but its more sesitive and efficient
hope it helps
just realised this question was posted a year ago. lol
Alright no problem. Thanks.
If u put eng subtitle is more good for hearing impairment ppl
I learn everything in your videos, they more informative as a new comer in a molecular studies I find it to be more interesting through your videos.
Thank you Sir you made me understand RIA in 9 minutes 🤝
Wonderful depiction and explanation. Thanks
You're welcome
One of the best presentation ❤

Your videos are so perfect! 😍
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Thank You so much sir... your lectures helps me a lot... 😃
Glad you liked my lectures
Thanks sir it claarified my concept
Thank you
thank you!
i have one question though, how do you know which antibody to add in the beginning though?
Actually ELISA is done for a specific test like AIDS DENGIE etc... so the antibody differs for different tests...for further queries you can ask...
The specific antibody atificially prepared used to be there in labs.
Say if we(doctor) ask a patient to get a HIV test his serum is put in that well which would be already having HIV antibody so if he is HIV positive his serum would be surely having antigen that would bind the antibody of that well....
You are such a heaven sent. Thank you for explaining things so well!
Glad to hear that you are getting benefit from the videos
Thankyou sir ✨ understood 🤟
You're welcome
Very good explanation thanks a lot
You're welcome
Thank you. Very clear explanation :)

Thank you very much..
You're welcome
Thanks a lot! I couldn't get a clear fundamental understanding from any online source or journal so far. This has been very helpful.
All the best
Was Direct Elisa the very first type of ELISA?
Basically identical to the overview technique.
No I think that was the Sandwich Technique ...not direct ELISA
Your videos are helpful, however, in this particular video I could not figure out the difference between indirect and competitive ELISA. In both, we add blood serum and the antigen and antibody interaction occurs. Therefore I think it needs more elaboration. Anyway, Keep your good work up!
That was amazing sir...my doubts were clear up..thank u soo much....
+Habeeb Hussain thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
How good explanation!! Thanks
Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Can you explain me why there is use of 2 type antibodies (antigen-antibody complex and only antibodies) in competitive elisa method??
thank youuu so much
You're welcome
Hi, we are producer of guanidine thiocyanate which is a important raw material for ELISA.hope we can discuss further. thanks!
Thank you 👍
Thank you
very helpful for me as one day ago of my exam................thnkyu
nice explanation thank u
thank you these are very helpful for all my semisters
So the Fc construct of the antibody is attached to the surface of the well? How do they do that?
Thank you sir ... lectures helps me alot
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
You are superrb bro.....this is fantastic video
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
once again You saved me thanku so much for the gret videos and superb explanation :)

Very good sir 👌
Thank you
Thanks 😊
You're welcome
thank you man , your the bestt
Thank you
Please make video on cylinder elisa
Well explained
Thank you
Lovely and clear

Where is incubation or washing step with buffer in ELisa method ????
Good afternoon sir
Thanking you sir
Very helpful 😊
Thank you
Very educative tutorial bro.
Thanks
You're welcome
Thank you so much for the very informative explanation. I'd like to add that in the sandwich ELISA the first and second antibodies are called captured ab. and detection ab., respectively.
❤️ from an Engineer
Thank you
thanks again..
thank you 😊😊 you are a life saver 😆
Thank you.
you doing a great work.carry on god bless you
+Kiranmay Chauliya thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Sir please explain in case of indirect ELISA how 1st antibody can attach to 2nd antibody (as we know antibody attached only with antigen)
Secondary antibodies are anti-species antibodies, therefore those can bind the primary hoste species antibody.
Tq sir for this video
You're welcome
why in competitive Elisa we not call secondary antibody to a enzyme linked antibody ?
Ur my saviour 😎
You're welcome
Thnx alot👍 that was of great help indeed...
Why don't enzyme react with substrate before attaching to the antigen ?
I just searched my name 💀
This video is good as always....But can't download the ppt for this topic.
You're welcome
Thanks a lot for this
You're welcome
Can you tell me in rnai jb sirna risc se judta h tou phir sirna ke sath kya hota mtlb wo D's sirna as sirna me belts ????
I watched your video but mje Kuch samj nhi aya
Hi,this is Charles Zhou from SMART CHEMIALS, We are producer of guanidine thiocyanate.glad to you are a export of ELISA kit. you may be intersted in guanidine thiocyanate.hope we can discuss further. thanks!
Excellent
You're welcome
why cant the floating antigen antibody complex attach to the enzyme bound antibodies? do the antigen antibody complex and the free antibody of different nature in competitve elisa?
Thank you sir 😊
You're welcome
U missed the Direct Elisa? or am i wrong?
he mentioned it, for the direct ELISA the first antibody is linked with an enzyme, the need for a second antibody is no longer needed
yes he didn't give the full explanation of it...like how primary Ab is enzyme linked...obviously it might not be from the serum...then it gets coated to the Ag being attached to the well...i think the Ag is taken from the serum and coated to the well but how??? or may be the Ab are taken from the serum n attached to the enzyme...like how?? it need to be explained
Very helpful Thank You 🙏🏾
u r an inspiration
Thanks sir, it was amazing. Cleared a lifelong doubt
Thanks very helpful
You're welcome
sir why you did not cover other types of Elisa like cassette Elisa. it would be a great help if you do so.
