@@ValueFarmUG Also noticed the improvement in vocab. Just a heads up for describing spaces like bathrooms. To describe the tiles, type of floor be it hard wood or tiles, even measurement of bathroom if possible. Otherwise your doing well and soon to be very good real estate market stars in Uganda.

@Rick Can't Trade That is not the point. The point is you are knowingly or unknowingly trying to cause inflation in your country because the product you are selling does not correspond to most people's disposable income and your response it is to unload the goods instead on some innocent newcomers who are thinking on a very emotional level and not on a business level. Pretty soon reality will set in and will find themselves penniless and you with a ghost town. I think you should do some product analysis and the purchasing power of your own market.

My beef is with the showers in bathrooms. What happened to traditional bathtubs? A lady needs to light up her candles and soak up while sipping on some white.
It's Nice of you show casing these properties. Nevertheless for some like me trying to invest my money back home these prices are unrealistic with almost $300,000 i can buy the same villa in Stockholm Where i live, less than Half what these villas cost can get me a 4-5 roomed villa in both kigali and Nairobi. So what are they really selling in kampala that makes them this expensive ?

Since you don't know anything about buying a house, let me tell you.. the kitchen and bathroom are always your biggest selling points!
