This is the part of Africa people need to see. Why does the media always show us as a poor continent now most people think we all live in mud huts when sometimes when we call a family meeting in my house in Ghana we sometimes go to the wrong living room. They should show this part of Africa.

Very good finishes on these structures! Only the restrooms design remains problematic! Great Estates, A little too pricey but probably worth it .
Yes owning a home here is worth it considering the services and amenities that you get there.

, 😁😁😁 you won't need those in uganda. To access any of the above services, you'll have to visit them in person. What you WILL NEED however is anti malarials, your mosquito nets and a good supply of insecticide to keep the pesky mosquitoes at bay!!
There'll be a pharmacy close by so you need to acquaint your self with the drugs you need to treat for the diseases you are prone to attracting however I would hazard a guess and assume malaria might be your only bother from time to time.
All else should be fine otherwise. KARIBU

Morally then I would feel embarrassed with most of the population who struggle to live and only the president can afford such a villa!
@@AT-ld7kg what you say is true however it holds the same for anywhere else. That half a mill spent could put you close to other dangers in other parts of the world. There'll always be a trade off!! You just choose which risk you are willing to embrace.
I ve also come to realise that inequality is as old as humanity itself and will persist beyond our lifetime however we can effect change and fairness starting with our immediate circle of influence. Hopefully a semblance of the utopia that we would like to see is manifested.

Most of Uganda farming takes place in rural communities far away from the capital. Land is too expensive here to used for farming.

Our pleasure Walle. The houses have open space parking. But the security is really guaranteed because there's a police station at the estate with a 24 hr intercom line where the gate security alerts you of any visitors.

No they are not.
Of course they are. An average working Ugandan wouldn't afford to buy one but better yet, why build these when you don't have a single infrastructure. These people are running the country backwards. It would be laughable if it wasn't bad.
I wouldn't buy this because its not worth that price, it's not constructed properly, every room is tiny, front yard/back yard are tiny. I been watching real estate videos shown by youtubers of every nationality/race showing real estate properties in Uganda (including yours) for over a year to see whether there is a house or mansion I like in Uganda. And I haven't found one. I don't blame the youtubers that showed the real estate properties in Uganda because I know the youtubers that show real estate properties aren't involved in the construction process of them houses, villas, and mansions for sale or rent in Uganda. With that said, what I look at in any country if I want to buy a residential property is the full bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room, half bathrooms, front yard, back yard. If the mentioned rooms aren't designed properly or are small issa no for me. I noticed a lot of houses, villas, and so called mansions in Uganda: in the full bathrooms: the shower is in the toilet area and toilet area is in the shower area, room is tiny, sink is close to the opposite wall, half bathroom is tiny. I got frustrated and decided to draw my own floor plan of what I want my mansion in Uganda to look like because I want every room to be spacious. When I go to my full bathrooms I want to feel like I'm in a spa and spacious. I look forward to land for sale in Uganda videos on your channel because I want to know how much land in Uganda costs, I want to buy acres of land in Uganda to build my mansion from scratch so that I don't have to stay in hotels (or pay for rent) and also build other properties from scratch.

If you like them go ahead and buy one or more them. Meanwhile I been staying wherever I am for over 20 years. By the way I'm a native Ugandan. @stella stella, since you mention you are Ugandan, then you know thay you can buy your own land and construct a house to your own specifications. These house s are built for sale. The house is abit expensive but it is what it is, and there are some people that couldn’t mind buying them at that cost. Plus you do not expect to get an acre for one house in Lubowa to build just one house in lubowa. Try asking for land costs in Lubowa because i have. If you want a mansion with an acre of land, please look on facebook i have seen them advertised in Gayaza.
@@katharinajanka6636 Lubowa hasn't been one of my options because I never thought about Lubowa. But I'm open to buying land anywhere in Uganda as long as it's not near the airport (don't want planes flying over my house around the clock), not near state house, and I don't have to pay anything to the kingdoms after buying the land (found out about mailo the other day). I'd build just one mansion, a pool, basketball court, pool house, long drive way between gate and entrance to mansion on over 4 acres of land and add a high fence, barbed wire, gate. I'd add my favorite fruit trees and veggies garden spaced out on same land. I'm not on facebook. However I'll keep Gayaza in mind.
