The ULV series switches are an On - On circuitry, so it doesn’t control the LED inside the switch. The illumination is “independent” of the switch circuit.
With the information provided, we suggest looking at an anti-vandal that has the RGB option - PV4, PV6, PV7, and PVA3. Each color LED has its own lead so if the color change happened outside the switch and you drove the LEDs independently from the switch, this could possibly work. Another possibility is to look at the PVL series - Pilot Lamp Indicator (no actuation). The PVL does not offer RBG options; however, using 3 individual PVL’s (each different color) could be an option. The panel cutout size ranges from 6mm - 19mm. I want to use this instead of a tricoloured led but for high power use and a lavish look. If a product say has pins, exactly as that of a tricoloured led, which when excited illuminate different colour; it would be perfect
I have a doubt. Can the LED in the pushbutton controlled with its own power lead ? Instead to push it to turn on or off ?
+VIVAN RANJAN NANDI At their website, the anti-vandal switch series data sheet shows most all with a designated B+ and (-) terminal for the LED, with an internal resistor for use with correct system voltage. Your answer is BOTH. Using the external terminals, they can be wired to be on with system on, switched on or off in either position. These are available in stainless steel with 3 different panel hole size, including an O-ring and nut. The body and button or actuator is SS, with options for push button above the switch body / flush when on, or flush when off. On series offer a concave button for a different feel. DC & A/C are both offered. I am a retired ASE Master tech and restore vintage vehicles and E-Switch offers a number of switches anyone would not be afraid to show off. Not related to company, but looking at the line offerings myself. They have a handy online calculator to pick each feature, then it builds the part number for you. Sold at Mouser, Digi-Key, and others. I found 13mm / 1/2" hole size with center dot light or circle, but not both. They seem to range from $8 to $22 for some larger switches. I like them and subscribed, plus save their website to my favorites. Good stuff I believe as the main shell is SS one piece thus making them hard to pry or hammer from the outside face. Remember, it says Anti-Vandal...not Vandal proof. But with 30 some parts inside the body looks nice design with contacts silver or gold offered.

@@ESwitchInc Thank you for this video as I have watched several of many on Digi-Key as it shows more features. I am creating a account for updates going forward. I am very interested in having different custom laser etched graphics for automotive use. Their are online forums where DIY's and Tech's build custom vintage vehicles, like a 1967 C10, swapping the engines with 2003 newer GM "LS" engine series for horse power and benefits of fuel injection. (Crate Engine Package from GM dealers) A huge market that dash / console mounted switches are used to control relays of 90 ohms or less on a system voltage of 14.2 volts DC (+/-) 0.4 volts. I am planning on buckets to replace a bench seat, allows for a console, where good looking switches are used for power windows, lights, cooling fan over-ride, etc. ASE Master Tech since 78. Retired. (send me one to check out!) Not a paid spokes person, just retired with more time than money.
