Lol my stylist always straightens my hair to "get a more precise cut" however I wish for once she would use a difuser ( Idon't even use one) My hair is wavy to curly on the ends naturally. Can't complain though, I let my hair air dry & it's perfect because of her beautiful cut.
Au naturel she has hair very similar to mine.. ginger and curl.. I never understood why most stylists fight the curl.. instead of enhancing it.. maintaining a style that isn't your natural pattern is sooo much work.

The minute he cut her bangs I thought oh no! I have curly hair and the bangs HAVE to be longer. You can't do anything with those. Good thing hair grows. Ugh. I had this kind of cut once before, it was awful and took a year to grow out those horrible bangs. Longer and side swept is so much better!

I wish I lived closer to you. I had brain surgery on each half of my brain. One in September of 2019. And one in February of 2020. It has taken that long for the hair that was shaved off to grow back to chin length. The rest is middle of my back length. I am too hesitant to have anyone touch it because it took so long to grow back to the length I have now. Thank you for giving these women confidence and respect back.

Appreciate her long hair was kept..my culture..we have a deep spiritual reason to keep our hair long.. even our native men keep their hair long as well.. it's an option of choosing to cut our hair only when we are in mourning.. sometimes we look around at society and wonder who they have lost to have their hair styled short all the time.. 😂
