It depends on the GPU (graphics chip) of the motherboard. I would say most likely yes. Unless it was a very cheap laptop

i dont mind 768p but ips or even better oled would be nice.
I would imagine that jumping from a TN screen to Oled on most laptops would obliterate your battery life, nevermind whether it would work or not.

I can't say for sure. Look up if anyone has do it already here on RUclips and/or check HP website to see if the model came with FHD
