be mindful that the second property you guys checked out is in the buckhead bar district. just about every night theres a lot of pedestrian traffic and backed up cars on the road due to uber/lyft drop offs and on the wknds its hard for passing cars to get through.
We also looked at the gentry and the cyan when we found ours. We didn’t like the view of the cyan for the 2 bedrooms. And the gentry was too far out. We picked some near the Phipps mall. I’m going to do my first apartment tour when we get our keys but goodluck on your hunt. I wish I saw the mezzos before we signed our lease those were beautiful. I loved the gentry because the black windows and dark cabinets match my aesthetics. But the one we saw had floor to ceiling windows in the guest room too and it was a concern because we have a toddler.
The Thrashers us too. Buckhead is usually a little more sq footage than midtown with the windows and the views. I’m from Las Vegas so it makes me feel at home.
Honestly, you made me dizzy while watching this video. You were moving the camera too fast and not allowing the viewer to actually see the apartments. Also, your angle of the camera was slightly pointing downward so it was really hard to "tour" the apartments. Not being mean in any kind of way and it's totally not my intentions to come off this way but for feedback, try not to move the camera around quickly and point the camera upwards.
I agree, I felt like the really nice ones I had to keep pausing to really see. Incorporate Slow motion on the living rooms/kitchens more instead of the laundry rooms and bathrooms. Great video

Yes we are looking for floor to ceiling windows apartments, and we saw some by Phipps as well but didn’t get to record
