I'm excited to be working as an apartment locator in the Atlanta, GA area now. Squeals Yes, I landed a job in real estate doing what I already have fun doing and that's finding the BEST apartments!
There is no doubt about it that I will put my clients in the best luxury apartments Atlanta has to offer for the best prices in their budgets that still give MODERN! My family and I will move there in a few years. Does it snow a lot in Georgia? I like the snow an cool weather, so if this state has it often then I would be more willing to move there.
Get a house (lease or lease to own) outside of the city. It’s cheaper, less traffic and less crime.
But if you work in midtown or downtown you will have a heck of a time in traffic. Thats what kept me from moving to Atl, the traffic is insane 😫
Nibody wants to buy a house specially business owners that are exapnding in cities. A house is a pure liability

I think he meant 2 guest maximum not minimum in the amenity areas, definitely not inside your apartment. My building has a 12 guest maximum for my rooftop lounge and theater room in Brooklyn, NY. But 2 maximum is insane! I couldn’t do it.
Yea…I’m not moving to Atlanta ever especially as a single black woman. No men, too bougie and the hospitality in general to me was not there. And technically the south I think but just as or more expensive than more northern states. Not for me
I always thought it was cheaper but that I think it was before it became trendy to live there .

That $12k apartment, you can literally get that where I live for $1800, 1-3 months free, 2-3 bedroom, 2 bath with those same amenities (besides the personal trainer)…. I don’t get it.
