Yea buckhead is over rated I came from nyc had a penthouse with pano nyc city views, Moved down here an they are definitely beating you over the head. I advise you to get a place outside of the perimeter you will get more for your buck and peace of mind. Ain’t gotta worry about parking or someone breaking into your car, or homeless person on the corner of you complex. Vikings area, sandy springs area is Lux and quieter if you don’t mind the drive you can really get something beautiful in Alpharetta. I’m in Sandy springs
