Also, regarding the women ordering first, women get wine first, water first, etc. Always use gender neutral terms when addressing your tables, like folks instead of guys. And you touched on this but when it’s time for dessert or coffee the table should be completely clean of any dinner remnants! Great video!

Going from Applebees to a fine dining restaurant and I’m having to break a lot of bad habits! People that are willing to spend more money don’t seem to care as much to have conversation with the server. They want you to be the “help” and stay in your lane. Like this gal said in the video, just focus on an amazing dining experience bec they don’t need you to be their friend basically. Which is a relief but def an adjustment.

I know break ins happen in just about every complex but as a single female living alone, I can’t do the shooting thing. 😬 I’m definitely canceling my tour. Big up to you for being so transparent. ❤️
You are so welcome , the unit was beautiful and so cheap at the time I was paying like $1200-$1300 but my mental health got so bad I became so anxiety filled I got paranoid!!!

I've been in fine dining for 7 years, I'm a supervisor in a Michelin star restaurant at the moment. Everything was on point, only thing I would suggest is when folding the napkin of your guest you only want to touch the corners, this for hygiene reasons, the triangle fold is the most popular and easiest.
You are exactly right, I have since learned to do this. As this video was when I was still getting the basics down. I am dropping part two this week I would love your feedback !!!
Great tip! I like to have them pre folded off to the side. Much easier than folding a dirty linen and more hygienic.
