23 is my living fortitude. I have and always will be filled with gratitude from within and outside. It's so healthy to seek the outer living world we call society in a different authority. on the topic of low media consumption what i do is get tiktok every now and again but as soon as i notice myself getting addicted i delete it, i know thats not possible for everyone but its been so good, i also make it a “treat” like once ive finished uni for the year i may redownload it. The thing is deleting apps is not the end of the world, its not dectivating your account like everything will still be there. I hope everyone finds this mindset during the coming year. I think we can all go for a little media cleanse and ik saying that on youtube is silly but long form content is allllottt better than consuming 20 tiktok’s in 1 minute
