    I'd love to know more about system apps - anything preloaded in the phone. There are many things I don't recognize, don't know their function/purpose, which makes disabling or removing permissions daunting. Thanks!

    When I got my first smartphone, I had people telling me I needed an antivirus. When I got my next phone, it slipped my mind. And I haven't had one since.

      What... you really do need is a firewall. Blocks apps from doing what they want.. when they want to do it.

    4:02 Toothbrush is not necessarily for cleaning your charging port, but a toothpick may do the trick. Just do it gently and slowly because when you do it really fast and really hard, you may break the charging port.

      @@BoilingDietCoke Ive just had 20K of endodontist work - with 2 crowns - no fun, My teeth nearly killed me. Two rounds of ENT surgery to detox my sinuses. Just buy and use new toothbrushed and FLOSS!

    4:23 It cannot slow down your phone, because the app force crashes, and it does the background data, but in a minimum data usage.

      Minimum Data Useage.. also sips the battery... along with every other application that also sips the battery.
      Some drink the battery... others gargle with it.

    Super great thanks. I'm going to see if you have and video about deleting Gmail emails quickly I pay extra for Google 1 to get more space but I have tried to delete things over and over and over again and my usage never gets smaller. Any thoughts? Thank you

    No they don’t have any shame!
    I do that on my iPhone regularly
    for protection. Google has a habit of asking me all the time and most times I say no because it’s just excessive.
    I clean my phone weekly/daily! Truly for germs!
    Can’t do that on an Apple 😂😂😂 👍🏾

    Hi.. not Android question .. Apple 12 and I just updated to the latest 16.14.1 and Apple ID is suggesting Family Purchasing Sharing but I do not see a way to decline 🤷‍♀️ If I don’t that crazy red motivation still shows lolIdeas?

    I'm struggling to get up the courage to just buy an Android smartphone. So many caveats to worry about. The fear and dread is worse than when I bought my first PC back in 1990 (MS Windows 3.1).

    297 tabs open?!?!??
    Close all!
    And then ... bloat ware. Yeah. Uninstalled bunches of those.

    If you ever listened to Edward Snowden , you would never buy an Android, or anything run by Google.
    William Binney is also worth listening to, he used to be Technical Director of the NSA, and laid out how Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Microsoft all work. Stellar Wind mean anything to you.

      Bro, Android without Google are much more safer than IOS. You can use AOSP which you can choose not to install Google services. Remember, Android is running Linux kernel and i bet edward snowden also use Linux in his every tech

      apple are a cult - they control you. Google is still a data stealer - but to live in this modern age we have to choose a Master.... that or go back to wearing a lion cloth and living in our depleted wilderness which wont work these days - trust me Ive tried that.

    I managed to de-Facebook Ads my FB account however, I must have clicked on something as after 6 months of FB without Ads, they are back !!! Any advice on how to lock-out FB cookies and so forth would be welcomed. Keep up the great work on your Channel from the UK !!! 👍😎🎩

    Sos I need help my phone is new and it's saying this phone belongs to your organization only the phone is from Walmart and is paid for on top of that it has puk administrator and telecoms client pass controlling my phone the i.t. administratior is controlling and tracking and has full control of my phone! And it has everything blocked for me to uninstall. Even when I try to hard reset the phone it won't go the heck away. Sos please help! I have no clue what to do other than just break the thing and throw it away but I can't afford to do that ATM .. it's overwhelming by far can u make a video on this or something please

    When I get a new phone or do a factory reset I go into Settings and Permissions and turn off everything I feel does not need to be on. I also do it to the apps I install. If I can't uninstall the bloatware I disable it. I also don't allow any apps to automatically update.

    open Apps or Apps in general ......... i really really really HATE this "deep sleep" feature ....... WHY is that even there, when i close the App..... shut it down !! do not put it to sleep or deep sleep, just shut it down

      So annoying that iPhone users always rag on Android. Some people (like me) just prefer Android. And some people (again, like me) _can't afford an iPhone!!_
