Hi, just found your channel. Some advice please! I have built one PC about 12 years ago, still going strong with the only addition of a 1080 a few years ago. However i have started to notice some issues so i think its time for a new build. AIOs are a complete waste of money unless you're overclocking. The cost is not offset by the miniscule difference in cpu temps over air coolers. Not even close.
Agreed, especially when air coolers work for the vast majority of builds, the only exception (kind of) being really high-end rigs where you're gonna want everything you can get out of your hardware
Not all the time. A lot of people definitely get them when they don't need them, instead for aesthetics, however for high-end CPUs it's basically recommended to get a decent AIO or very good air cooler
@PcCentric Looking forward to the other installments. Thanks! I did a bit of PC gaming on a laptop over a decade ago. I used Steam and I'd say Mount and Blade was easily the most taxing on it. Moving on 😋 I'm part shopping to build my first desktop. As nearly all the games I play are solo simulation types, I figured the new Flight Simulator's minimum and top recommended requirements should work. Is that a good idea? Btw, I am going for performance over visuals as I can't see well enough to discern ray tracing from regular settings.🫨 Motions, I can see. 🤓 I look at pre builds here and there and came across something I haven't seen before. Have u addressed coprocessors and If so, can u direct me to the video, plz? Is this something only the manufacturer can do or are these parts anyone can get? Would it be worth it if they are able to be purchased? Does that mean it is utilizing 2 different graphics cards at once? Also, GDDR vs DDR? Is there a difference? Is one preferable to the other? Thanks again
i know this is a relatively old video for someone to leave a new comment but can someone suggest a build somewhere between 1000-1200$? my only concern is high fps on most games at 1080 or 1440
No that’s a very well balanced system. You could even drop down to the 7700x. Similar performance for $75 less. Those part put together is more of a 1440p setup. If you’re going for a 1080 p system those parts are extremely overkill. You could go with a 7600x and a 4070 super and still max out settings at 1080p.
If you're playing at 1080p you want the best CPU you can get really, otherwise it will bottleneck your GPU. Personally with a 4070ti super I wouldn't even think about 1080p.
I saved $500 and want to buy a pc should I save up to $1000 before I buy a pc or should I buy a pc now (I play on ps4 so I don't know much of pc's, pls help)

Hey bro so I'm gonna build a pc , can you tell me if this is a good combo...
Rtx 4070 ti super + r7 9700x + x 670 gaming plus wifi motherboard + asus tuf 850w gold power supply + corsair 7000d airflow case + Aorus waterforce x ll 360 ice liquid cpu cooler....
Is this good bro?
7800x3d with 7900xt or 7800xt ?
Or go in the middle with a 7900gre
Can do but can actually pass with just a 7600/x if you want to save money
Does it matter if ur motherboard was pcle 5 and graphics card was pcle 4 would that be an issue
Can you name a vid on the cleaning of a rig please
LTT has a good video on cleaning your PC

Me out.. I’m new at this I haven’t got anything yet except for the fish tank case..

I need help my PC doesn't post with the RAM in slots 2 and 4 or 1 and 3 it only posts in slots 1 and 2. What do I do. I don't think it's the RAM as I have tried every slot separately.
I know how to build a pc as im 13 years old and my big bro works for IT and he builds pcs like everyday so he learnt me but i still wanne get some tips
Does your uncle work for Nintendo too? :P
@tomalexander4327 get a life
Can u do a holloween themed pc or Christmas please
AIOs are a complete waste of money unless you're overclocking. The cost is not offset by the miniscule difference in cpu temps over air coolers. Not even close.
Agreed, especially when air coolers work for the vast majority of builds, the only exception (kind of) being really high-end rigs where you're gonna want everything you can get out of your hardware
I have an i7 14700kf with a 4080 super, and a 360 aio is important to cool such a powerful chip. Plus aio's look so much better than air coolers 😊
Not all the time. A lot of people definitely get them when they don't need them, instead for aesthetics, however for high-end CPUs it's basically recommended to get a decent AIO or very good air cooler
I agree, I play at 4k and get 60-80fps on most titles and use a frozen air cooler, CPU never goes above 58c
@PcCentric Looking forward to the other installments. Thanks! I did a bit of PC gaming on a laptop over a decade ago. I used Steam and I'd say Mount and Blade was easily the most taxing on it. Moving on 😋
I'm part shopping to build my first desktop. 🤓
I look at pre builds here and there and came across something I haven't seen before.
What happens when u put two different ram like the other slot has 16 and the other has like 4gb
I bought a pc from cash converters and it came with mixed rgb ram 1x 8gb crass x and 16gb vengeance, its not giving any problems
The Police call CC Stash Converters 😅
i know this is a relatively old video for someone to leave a new comment but can someone suggest a build somewhere between 1000-1200$? my only concern is high fps on most games at 1080 or 1440
I got an ad right when you were explaining what would happen if you didn’t get a good enough power supply lmao
I mean the TV you paid for can now show ads while paused - outrageous
@@PcCentric skynet is trying to get me - help
would DDR5 6000MHz 64 be better then 32gb
only if you need the extra storage. 32GB is plenty now for gaming. Make sure you get CL 30
Would a ryzen 7 9700x bottleneck a 4070 ti super at 1080 p comp settings?
No that’s a very well balanced system. You could even drop down to the 7700x. Similar performance for $75 less. Those part put together is more of a 1440p setup. If you’re going for a 1080 p system those parts are extremely overkill. You could go with a 7600x and a 4070 super and still max out settings at 1080p.
@@goalieman206thank you, I’ll probably go for the 7700x then, I can’t really change my gpu since I already bought it.
Save - it will leave you with more options and you won't be paying the high prices on the PS store.
Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…
