Love the idea of using a pork butt for burnt ends! I should be picking up my 24x36 in a few months and your videos have been helpful in the decision to get one. I'm going to have to try these on my Egg in the meantime, they look awesome!
@@fam_eats_4850 I did some Costco spare ribs just to test temperatures, but they are nowhere as meaty as yours . Hopefully beef short ribs this Friday 😋
Looks great. Since they’re smaller pieces how long did they take to come up to temp before you put them in the foil pans? Did you just keep checking with an instant read?
Lookin Good, I don't think I've seen pork butt burnt ends. I think your onto something, you can pick up pork butt alot cheaper. I think texture and flavor have to be great.
I was really surprised by it. I think they are as good as any brisket or pork belly burnt ends. Your correct on the cost, my local Kroger has butts for .97 cents a pound this week. Thanks for the comment John
I've been missing Shirley, came here to check her out! Don't forget your fans who look forward to weekly videos!
I’ve been taking time off from videos but there are more to come.
Appreciate the comment
Good job
Hey YT... MAYBE you can Shove a Few More ADs down our throats before the video starts huh ????
That’s how content creators make money. Appreciate the comment

Oh my gosh. Those look mouth watering delicious. Love when meat gets smoked so well that it just falls apart. That's the best!
Hi, Andrew from the UK that now has a 24-36 Shirley. They look fantastic, it’s been gales and rain for days but I’m going to try as soon as I can.
What’s the first thing you are going to cook?

I think this is the first time wind wasn't blowing seasoning in your face!! Haha
Absolutely correct. Texas is the windiest place I’ve ever lived.
