I love listing to my late 30's friends bitch about not having money making 60+k a year. They buy everything on credit and then what little they have left they spend on stupid shit like $10 coffees 3 or 4 times a day and so on. I ran the numbers for one of them and found that they were spending some 18k on little shit like their coffees and having food brought to them with a e-service and what not. Once I showed them WHERE their money was going and how to fix it magically they had more money than they know what to do with. I went to a very pricey Trade School for 12 months (80k for it), I payed that back in just under 3 years working 50 hours a week with weekends off. For 3 years I lived on 15k and had room mates everything else went straight at the debt. That was at 23, and to this day I still don't owe anyone a dime. I save and put my money in funds that make more money. One of the things I liked about the trade school was they taught you how to run a business, and that can be used to run you life too.
This is one of my all time favorite videos that I revisit regularly to cheer me up. Your objective perspective on a variety of subjects is a refreshing, stand out, voice of reason. Between watching an UwU egirl play video games. And, watching a self produced video essay presenting an educated opinion on pop culture. My money is better invested on the latter.

@@dearheart3433 It is idiotic to think that everybody in this world shares your local economic environment. There are countries where people don't have the luxury to just get a job. Sometimes there are no jobs or they don't pay enough. You can either migrate to another town/city/country and be called a murderer and rapist by Donald Trump or you can stay home and struggle. Migrating takes a lot of courage and is not always safe. You can also have internet and be unemployed. So you have a lot of hours to watch Twitch thots and not enough money to eat and it can be months until you find a stable job.
I had my emergency funds drained twice since December and I’m barely scraping the surface of homelessness. If I didn’t have an injury lawyer, a job, or friends I’m 100% sure I would be homeless.

As long as you put out free content I like, great, good on you, I appreciate it. I'll spread it, like it, that increases your reach and potentially generates more income for you too. If you decide to take your content behind a paywall, then I will decide if I think you legitimately need and deserve my support, or if your content is vital enough for me to pay for it.

Sometimes there are no jobs or they don't pay enough. You can either migrate to another town/city/country and be called a murderer and rapist by Donald Trump or you can stay home and struggle. Migrating takes a lot of courage and is not always safe. You can also have internet and be unemployed. So you have a lot of hours to watch Twitch thots and not enough money to eat and it can be months until you find a stable job.

In order to stop being poor, I spend most of my time working and saving money, then I invested that money on small business and spend most of my free time improving said business and NOW I can waste my time however I want.
