These ingredient Garlic Onion, curry leaf ,Red dry chilis, Cliantro ( Hara dhanya ), on plate....Whole corrinder ( Sabit Dhanya ) , Cummin seeds , Mustard seeds , ( what is called ( white seed ) in hindi or English ), Salt Heeng ( Asafoetida) and Oil..
First pour gingelly oil Put mustard seed after exploded put cummin seed then put blackgram without skin its look white seeds then add curry leaves then add coriander leaves then add red chilly then add coriander seed then add small pinch of asafoetida add small onions and garlic fried well the colour change it into brown for garlic then add salt for ur desire mix it well and take the vessel take time for cool it and grinde it then its ready to eat with chapathi,idly,and dosai etc ....
