For those of us who use ml, the double water 💧 he has requested to drink after waking up in the the morning or those who go night shifts is about 500ml which is half a litre. I bought a 500ml cup and I use it to drink my water.

This is better as the body will then begin to cool internally as a reaction to the hot water, which in turn helps lose/maintain your weight, improve your metabolism, relieve constipation, and bloating and keep your skin clear, you may notice pores open up to releasing any toxins via the sweat glands.

If you want to go a step further buy some coriander and set it into some water for overnight to have in the morning. Research it because you'd want to invest in a 1 lb bag. Coriander has a somewhat citrusy mild taste if much at all in that water. You can even dry that used coriander to put in as spice for your food. that is because if we keep water in mouth for some time, saliva gets mixed with water which is important. and the other reason is drinking water instantly causes a shock to body. drinking water while sitting is also necessary because doing so while standing can cause kidney damage. there are many more things to follow just with water to get the extreme benefits mentioned in Indian culture. our culture is all scientific!!

I LOVE adding some fresh fruit (especially citrus) to a glass or pitcher. Very refreshing and rejuvenating. You get the benefit of the oils from the skin (citrus). 💜🍊🍋🍍🍓🍉🍑
I only drink water when I am thirsty. Our bodies let’s us know when we need water. I’m not a water freak who goes around drinking water all day. We simply do not need to.

You should add a pinch of SEASALT .. To the water BECAUSE WATER ALONE is not enough... Sea salt opens up the cells to allow fluid into them... Only a pinch is needed in a glass of water...

You need some form of good sea salt or Himalayan salt in the water to really hydrate. Just a pinch. The salt pulls the water into the cells.
