    18 ounce tumbler of water, first thing every morning, like clockwork. I was 196 when started training 9/21/22, I am now 161 2/8/23, definitely sound advice. Thanks Doc 👍🏼

      I recall a cousin was drinking nothing but seltzer water as a beverage years ago and her face was so smooth that it looked like glass to me as a kid. I think she got away from this however.

    I keep a water bottle at my bed for when I wake at night. Lemon in water when starting the day is a good thing.

    It’s so true, this really works for me ! Drink a glass of water or less and drink it
    at room temperature. You’ll see a difference 💯👍

      The Doc said cool water fires up the metabolism more because your body has to warm it up.

    For those of us who use ml, the double water 💧 he has requested to drink after waking up in the the morning or those who go night shifts is about 500ml which is half a litre. I bought a 500ml cup and I use it to drink my water.

    Better if it is drinkable hot water. This is better as the body will then begin to cool internally as a reaction to the hot water, which in turn helps lose/maintain your weight, improve your metabolism, relieve constipation, and bloating and keep your skin clear, you may notice pores open up to releasing any toxins via the sweat glands.

    You know he's right that when I have doubled my glass of water and not eaten and only consumed an orange or three small mandarins... Presto! If you want to go a step further buy some coriander and set it into some water for overnight to have in the morning. Research it because you'd want to invest in a 1 lb bag. Coriander has a somewhat citrusy mild taste if much at all in that water. You can even dry that used coriander to put in as spice for your food. It goes in tomato based soup or stew for my uses but I grind it for that. I hope you enjoyed this information and you have an appetite to create your own whole food dishes for optimal goodness.

    For months now this has become my daily morning routine. I drink 16 oz of warm water every morning I learned this from an Indian guy on RUclips and he said you should chew it instead of just chugging it down and that it's better to sitdown and drink your water.

      that is because if we keep water in mouth for some time, saliva gets mixed with water which is important. and the other reason is drinking water instantly causes a shock to body. drinking water while sitting is also necessary because doing so while standing can cause kidney damage. there are many more things to follow just with water to get the extreme benefits mentioned in Indian culture. our culture is all scientific!!

    I was taught by my Chinese doctor to drink a mug of warm or hot water upon rising. Never cold water even during the summer. Drinking cold water is a shock to the body. This is one of the ways I’ve been keeping colds away from me.

    I LOVE adding some fresh fruit (especially citrus) to a glass or pitcher. Very refreshing and rejuvenating. You get the benefit of the oils from the skin (citrus). 💜🍊🍋🍍🍓🍉🍑

    I only drink water when I am thirsty. Our bodies let’s us know when we need water. I’m not a water freak who goes around drinking water all day. We simply do not need to.

    You need some form of good sea salt or Himalayan salt in the water to really hydrate. Just a pinch. The salt pulls the water into the cells.

    I have been and it feels great as I continue to continue to go about it trough out my remaining day.
    I always tell my customers when they ask for water with there alcohol drinks or if only want water alone with meals we can never drink enough H2O and they smile or chuckle as if I was just kidding.
    Yet wiser folks primarily the elders they get it and agree with a smile.
    I love my customers as I love customer service.

    You should add a pinch of SEASALT .. To the water BECAUSE WATER ALONE is not enough... Sea salt opens up the cells to allow fluid into them... Only a pinch is needed in a glass of water...
