He was not talking about momos wala he was talking about making your skill set after 18 and not try to run for degrees for example my friend after 18th started to learn UI/Ux designing and after just 2 years of learning it he started to get freelance work from that so he dropped out of college now he is making more than 20lpa working for a big company as a UI/UX designer without having a degree.

I was particularly putting pain into studying along with job because I want a better work culture. But the problem with people like me is that we get too involved. Kaam se aane ke bad bhi dimag me chalta rahta h. Zada identify kar leti hun workplace se ( 9 10 ghante wahan jate hain, kaise na ho). The world has started to become so harsh ki ek aap dar bhi jate ho. Though you do give it back to them, but it is so much against one's personality type. People talk so harshly and are eager to exploit you to maximum - if you don't become like them and accept all this, you are targeted more and if you become like them, torturing others like juniors and making fool of customers etc, so much guilt comes in. So it is a constant fight with others or with ourselves as a result not able to enjoy anything because saara attention to yahi cheeze le leti hain!

But where are you implementing it, how do you feel, how do you perceive everything, how much of your insecurities keep popping up, yahi sab decide karta h everything. Today's outside world is like war zone where people around are not even aware of how much evil they become and after that you have to maintain peace within yourself and at your home. It is not at all easy as you cannot foresee anything. You have to make decisions and just keep going with your insecurities.

This is so true.. we in India are obsessed with courses and studying because it gives a sense of (false) progress. And when we start to look for a job and don't find one, we go back and study even more. We need that mindset change so we are now looking for some (relevant) experience and have that entrepreneur mindset. For example, if you're an android developer, can you develop an app for the cleaning lady who comes to your home so it's easier for both of you? That will be worth more than all the Android courses you can take for years

You have misunderstood this video. Ex.a father should plan the future of his child at the age of 13. Plan to send him in आईटीआई to learn carpentry for 2 years and instead of wasting huge sum in life long education, invest the money for carpentry shop at home. He will learn, experience and earn small amount. But at the age of 25-30, the young boy will have become the king of market having three or four workers under him. Ultimately the earnings count and not the degrees. You just calculate the investment on education with interest rate. Suppose you get a job of 80000/month. Dont be happy. Minus your investments on education+income tax=inhand you get just half(40000/)

You can't really blame the parents. They do the best they can and with the knowledge they have. Also Doing diploma cannot always give better opportunities than higher studies. Traditional education is still the best bet to build a career.

Education gives you exposure to various subjects, making new friends and contacts, if you participate in extra curricular you learn new things. People even go to State and National tournaments through school and college and get exposure, those who want to. So it all depends whether you just study for a 9-5 or have an open mind, be social and make the best of it.

Even as a doctor I need to have an excellent resume to be picked up by corporates as a consultant with a good pay. Even after superspecialization I need to upgrade myself with new skills, info in the field. We constantly compete with our peers. Your degree, specialisations, fellowships, observerships only help you to land in your 1st job only later you need to give results. To stay competitive and upgraded in your field of interest is the key. We need to stay in the top 1%.
Atleast doctors are not berozgar after their degree they will surely have something to eat provide to their family after their degree comparing to other degree

We must watch these free videos with a pinch of salt because there is nothing free in this world including free gyan. At the end of the day in this era of gig economy even with little success the youtubers do try to monetize videos or sell courses. They do work really hard but we must be also very much clear that no one in this world is so much knowledgeable that one can release videos on daily basis. But this a must in youtube businesses for daily earnings. They end up being with repetitive videos with nothing new to add just after a period of few weeks. Therefore we must understand that it is OK to take their views as some raw inputs in our thought processes but must also have own views on important decisions of life. At the end of the day youtubers work hard for a profession to beat the competition they too have in their own profession as youtubers.😂😂😂 😂😢😢😢

Please don't mind Sangwan Sir, I would Have to disagree with you.... education has its merits, and it forms the basis of any meaningful (Assuming you love what you studied for) industry application of a person's time and resources. what you are suggesting to the youth is be more Entreprenurial (nothing wrong with that) ... but everyone has not the same temperament.... and they might would like to start on a different pace.
See friend, today you don't need to be an entrepreneur to earn money. Many paths have opened and the live example is content creators, affiliate markets, dropshipping, coaching, and there are 100s of such ways where you can earn a decent amount of money in a span of 2-3 years. Save that money and utilise to expand more sources of income, do investments and grow gradually. You will achieve the same success in terms of monetary value that a goverment employee will spend his lifetime to earn that. Today the problem with our youth is that they don't explore. Now a village guy earns in lakhs from RUclips and a phd holder looking for a peon job.😂

If one does something based on experience, the reality is thay only on the basis of project done, the companies do not hire (until and unless its a lala chap co) otherwise they ask for degree. Agree that our economy is heading towards a path where only one job would not be sufficient. One will need to do something part time apart from having a full time job. I have done PGDM with Finance as specialization as of now I was preparing for regulatory bodies exam but from now on I have joined Invact's Finance program which helps me to revise the forgotten concepts and also helps me prepare my portfolio. Vhi mere dost ab tk preparation kar rhe hain aur post graduation kr rhe hain koi paisa kamane ka experience unko nhi hai. Mujhe ye realise ho gya tha experience ki value hai education ki nhi. Apki observation and knowledge kabile tarif hai.

Yes...i have also realised that education, job, real life experince, career and marraige are very different things and not interconnected/ related to each other.

This one I have to disagree with. People have different talents, and its better to specialize in one than being jack of all trades (not that knowing other fields isn't important), but a PhD in one field has a better scope than Bachelors in two fields. Not everyone likes digital marketing or video editing. Lot of career advice these days even by idiots like Akshat Srivastava just tell us to keep doing such gig/freelance jobs. Plus due to saturation in many fields, a Masters is essential, to not just get a degree but to go through that rigorous training, which is usually not available at Bachelor's level. The above advice by Sango is highly reductive. A LLB just doesn't stat practice, he needs to work with other lawyers to learn the ropes. Nobody will hire a fresh lawyer out of school lawyer if they have a choice. Nowadays even Fine Arts has good scope if you are good in your field, not like 20 years back. A better advice would be to specialize in one field, but maintain working knowledge of related fields, and keep learning. Now is not the time to do one degree and hope to keep doing same thing for rest of your life (like our parents did). A advice I gave my younger cousin my years back still holds and will always hold: get good at English, Computer science/programming, Maths and communication/soft skills. If you are good at these you are good at almost anything.
When there aren't enough jobs in the market, people make all sort of excuses. Even a degree can get you a low paying job. When there too many candidates, these employers start putting stipulations. Many people in the past learnt their craft when doing jobs. You don't need to do something different to get a job.

Nearly everyone learns their skill while doing a job. Let it be a part time or full time. Saving money for retirement early is something most people miss.

Sir please don't compare education with money. Education widens our mindset which in turns brings money. If Earing money is the target, one may earn less or more, but if providing valuable service or goods is the target one will definitely earn more. Hence, money is byproduct of our efforts. Dont misguide youth to distract from education and for joining some skill batches. Afterall everyone should study to learn not to earn. Hope all understood the gist.

I was particularly putting pain into studying along with job because I want a better work culture. But the problem with people like me is that we get too involved. Kaam se aane ke bad bhi dimag me chalta rahta h. Zada identify kar leti hun workplace se ( 9 10 ghante wahan jate hain, kaise na ho). The world has started to become so harsh ki ek aap dar bhi jate ho. Though you do give it back to them, but it is so much against one's personality type. People talk so harshly and are eager to exploit you to maximum - if you don't become like them and accept all this, you are targeted more and if you become like them, torturing others like juniors and making fool of customers etc, so much guilt comes in. So it is a constant fight with others or with ourselves as a result not able to enjoy anything because saara attention to yahi cheeze le leti hain!

This is so true.. we in India are obsessed with courses and studying because it gives a sense of (false) progress. And when we start to look for a job and don't find one, we go back and study even more. We need that mindset change so we are now looking for some (relevant) experience and have that entrepreneur mindset. For example, if you're an android developer, can you develop an app for the cleaning lady who comes to your home so it's easier for both of you? That will be worth more than all the Android courses you can take for years

Plan to send him in आईटीआई to learn carpentry for 2 years and instead of wasting huge sum in life long education, invest the money for carpentry shop at home. He will learn, experience and earn small amount. But at the age of 25-30, the young boy will have become the king of market having three or four workers under him. Ultimately the earnings count and not the degrees. You just calculate the investment on education with interest rate. Suppose you get a job of 80000/month. Dont be happy. Minus your investments on education+income tax=inhand you get just half(40000/)

This one I have to disagree with. People have different talents, and its better to specialize in one than being jack of all trades (not that knowing other fields isn't important), but a PhD in one field has a better scope than Bachelors in two fields. Not everyone likes digital marketing or video editing. Lot of career advice these days even by idiots like Akshat Srivastava just tell us to keep doing such gig/freelance jobs. Plus due to saturation in many fields, a Masters is essential, to not just get a degree but to go through that rigorous training, which is usually not available at Bachelor's level.
The above advice by Sango is highly reductive. A LLB just doesn't stat practice, he needs to work with other lawyers to learn the ropes. Nobody will hire a fresh lawyer out of school lawyer if they have a choice.
Nowadays even Fine Arts has good scope if you are good in your field, not like 20 years back. A better advice would be to specialize in one field, but maintain working knowledge of related fields, and keep learning. Now is not the time to do one degree and hope to keep doing same thing for rest of your life (like our parents did).
A advice I gave my younger cousin my years back still holds and will always hold: get good at English, Computer science/programming, Maths and communication/soft skills. If you are good at these you are good at almost anything.
When there aren't enough jobs in the market, people make all sort of excuses.
Even a degree can get you a low paying job. When there too many candidates, these employers start putting stipulations.
Many people in the past learnt their craft when doing jobs. You don't need to do something different to get a job.

Sir please don't compare education with money. Education widens our mindset which in turns brings money. If Earing money is the target, one may earn less or more, but if providing valuable service or goods is the target one will definitely earn more. Hence, money is byproduct of our efforts. Dont misguide youth to distract from education and for joining some skill batches. Afterall everyone should study to learn not to earn. Hope all understood the gist.

Better to learn Hindi. Depending on region of the speaker even hindi has so many hidden words and meanings, it will lost in translation. Hindi is not a one-state language and that's why it has so much to offer from life experiences of different speakers of different regions
