Hi what does it mean a nervous system reset ?! Is it having more relaxed nervous system or make it more awake and ready to do work?! Excuse my ignorance about the subject 😅 and thank you for this meditation 🙏
Yes, exactly it can do both. Generally the techniques we explore are very calming and have a parasympathetic response in the nervous system, but also recharge your internal batteries. Often people feel a significant boost of energy after.

I suffered with panic attacks and anxiety from the age of 24 to 52. Meditation saved my life. Healing past trauma was key. Once I understood my triggers, I was able to stop the panic from starting. Eating well, no ultra processed food helped greatly. ❤

i love these so much but i always feel so betrayed when an ad plays at the end 😭 at the beginning doesn’t bother me or anything but afterwards it’s so jarring. i’m still gonna watch them cuz most often they don’t i just wish there was a way to tell which ones have ads at the end.
Try creating a playlist, then save the video you’re practicing with on that playlist. Save just the one video you’re playing or make sure it’s the last saved video on that playlist if there are multiple, then play it from there. Ads will still run in the beginning but not when the video ends. That’s how I’ve been dealing with the ads at the end, hope that helps. 😊
