Swimming needs to get noticed more, it's a sport that kills you inside but you know that you've made it when you realise how good you are at the sport, this video shows how worthy swimming is to life and sport and it needs to be shown because swimming is one of the hardest possible sports when you put your mind to it💪🏼

I remember watching this video 6 years ago when my swimming career started, I was just a kid with a dream, now I participated at the World junior Championships last year and it’s my second year in a D1 University.
Swimming has been my life and I thank my parents for presenting me to the sport.
Thank you for making this beautiful video, it made me find strength during hard and stressful times

I'm not joking, Ive been watching this video as a motivation from 6 years ago since I became in a team and going to championships when I was 10 years old.
And today, I'm 16 years old and I'm watching it cuz I have a race 2 hours later .

Training the boring part and and competitions are the fun part but I'm not willing to put in the effort. I'm just a kid but all that means is I have more time to succeed and be the best self I can ever be. I can dream big and achieve my goals. I will work hard. Tell your self this people.
