I used to listen to this back when i was running. A few years ago I got diagnosed with a life threatening brain condition, it's been a struggle since but I always remember 'path of least resistance, thing is, you're heading upstream'.

@@scotttaylor42 One day at a time . We all face challenges in life , its how we face them and what we become by them. And we can only change or control ourselves . My challenges when shared people say " You should write a book" I do not want to relive them , I try to create something good each day . STAY STRONG SCOTT . And being mad, sad at these challenges are normal, but really they do not change those challenges .

Being competitive in any sport will most likely bring you to a depression like mental state. The thought that one mistake, one wrong move can cost you anything, shit just fucks with your head.
