Howdy Ty, I lived in the area for 4 years. I am going to say that taxes would be below $400 US. Utilities would be electric, about $35 US a month, water, less than that. Propane gas which is used for your hot water and to drive you dryer for clothing and your gas stove would cost about $50 US to $60 US per month. The crime rate is very low. There Ya go.
