Thank you! It is near impossible for expats to receive mortgage loans in Mexico, but there are some US based companies that are doing out of country home loans. I would try a company called Moxi, and go from there. There is a 10% down payment due upon contract of a property, and the remaining balance due 3 business days prior to closing.
Noticed you’ve been posting videos of more expensive properties lately. Has the average price point been moving up? Are the sqft in these properties on the higher end of the inventory in the lakeside area?

The buyer’s price point dictates what I am shooting. So no, it is not a reflection of the market, just happens to be what I’m viewing with buyers. Average home price right now is $350k to $400k usd.
